Someone played music all night. Management did nothing. Room dirty, outdated and smelly. Construction tearing up street outside. Hotel mgmt didnt bother to set up signs to help customers navigate how to access property.

The staff was amazing from check-in to check-out and the suite was clean and big!!
I called them and they said they had a pool. When I went to the hotel there wasn't a pool, they lied about that. They NEVER came to clean the room and I had to make my own bed and clean it. We had to go downstairs to get towels, soap, coffee etc. they brought us nothing. The have a kitchen and the pot handles are broken and can't hold them. We even had to go downstairs to get a plunger for out toilet, they would not do it. They would NOT do anything for us. Very, very unhappy with this place and would not tell anyone to stay there.
I didn't like the fact that the curtains were too small for the windows. I got woken up because of the sun coming in through the curtains. They need to put in longer and wider curtains.
Generally very clean, good staff, great location. Automatic/handicap accessible doors would be good
Request none pets room and they put me in a pet room which smells. Hairs on the towels and blood stains on a hand towel.
Property looked run down. Smell in the hallway. Cops showed up my first night. Shady people staying at this location.
Close to work on American Lane. Friendly and helpful staff.
The room had s funky foul smell! Had 2 flys in the room it was to late of a check in to switch rooms since no rooms were available at the moment! Clerk was extra friendly but the room was horrible!
Tub/Shower needed maintenance/replacement. "Breakfast" consisted of coffee if you got there before 9:30AM and snack bars and muffins if there were any left. They didn't refill anything if it was out.
was ok - was noise in the parking lot after 10 pm - people talking loud, refrigerator truck close to our room window, etc - didn't sleep well
Booked at 10:45 pm for checkin same day was coming from different state got there bt 2 am and they didnt let me checkin. What type of hotel is this had to search for another hotel and had to ask my friend for money as i didnt get refunded as well from orbitz
Our AC broke at home, so we decided to stay at the hotel one night. The AC was great, as was the service, but the bed had to have been the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on (or barely slept on, because I didn’t get much sleep on it), not all the ligjts worked, & the pillows were hard. However, the price was lower on Orbitz, which was nice, and the dog fee was low. So it was OK, bit won’t be high on our choice hotels in the future.
Kasha, Jorge, Becky, Frank are all excellent and I look forward to seeing them every Monday evening. Their friend Luke McLaren.
