Had to leave 2 days early of our departure date because of a incoming snowstorm to return to Tennessee and was billed for the 2 days we did not stay there because that is their policy. Poor customer service. Could care less about the customer. Policy smolicy. I was in the service industry for 40 years and sometimes you have to work around your policies to make sure your customers are highly satisfied regardless of your policies. If you want repeat customers this is an example of what not to do. Will not be returning to this overpriced unaccomadating hotel.

I did not get the room I purchased through hotels.com. I purchased a suite but was give. A room with 2 double beds. When trying to load out the back door, the maid would not move her cart at 7:45AM and blocked the exit of the side door to leave. There were people screaming at 1:30 in the morning in the hallway and outside the hotel. Other than these issues, the staff and property were great.
