I have never stayed at a Red Roof and I wont again. Even though the rooms were non-smoking they smelled like smoke because there wasn't a designated smoking area so every time you opened the door, more smoke would come in the room. The carpet in the room between the beds was filthy. I always wore a pair of socks while in the room and threw them away at the end of our trip because they were disgusting. The elevator broke so we had to carry our luggage downstairs and that wasnt so bad except that the handrail was sticky and had some type of film on it. I was grossed out but didnt want to fall with my luggage. The parking lot was well lit and the employees were nice.
Greetings! Thank you for the stay. I enjoyed my room, and the king size bed. There were some stains on the sheets, hair in the tub, and the floor seemed to have residue on it... but everyone was nice, it was safe and quiet, and I needed for nothing. Thank you so much, Brian
The door to my room had a significant gap between the door and the frame. I did not feel very safe and secure. There were no other room options available. The elevator was not working forcing me to take the stairs to the third floor on my recently injured broken toe. The room itself was pleasant and clean, but the outside noises coming through the door prevented me from having a quality restful sleep. In a pinch I might book again but probably not. I will opt for a hotel with enclosed rooms (as opposed to outdoor walk up) and working accommodations.
Room had a musty smell and room also smelled like an ashtray. I had prepaid for 3 nights so once those nights we up I transfered to another hotel for the rest of my stay. I attempted to speak to someone and was told I could go to another hotel with no refund.
The property is run down needs some cleaning and paint
Very small and dated rooms. Im pretty sure there was a leak at the sink because it was so cold. May be a pipe broke. Barely enough room for one person in a king size bed room
they charge me a mandatory fee 2 a day ????? unexpected bed not comfortable
Everything was good for me.yes would chose to stay again clean and well kept.
The only thing I like is that it was affordable for a last minute travel and close to the convention I was attending but other than that I will never stay in a Red Roof Inn the room was nasty, the bathroom nasty, no iron board or iron in room had to go down stair to front desk to get everything I need. The TV did not work. People staying next door out their room until 3pm in the morning and very loud. It was just tacky.
They told me to go get my own towel, bad service. I’m paying to stay there shouldn’t there be enough towels there? Why would I go get it myself ?
Ants ants and more ants all over saturday evening when i turned the light on. It took over a half hour to bring bug spray and mop up. There were no other rooms available. Sunday evening when we returned from the. Abilies expo with all our display we were locked out of our rooms.my son is partilized on the lleft and has diffculty walking. I am 85 and have difficulty walking. We were at the far end but had to go there to get the keys reset. .we had paid in advance. We travel a lot but this was the worst 2
Just the fact that is a motel gave to us some problems...to have the door and the window on the terrace...we felt not too much protected..not too much privacy..
Nice hotel premium room is good with room air purifier. Better to upgrade your room for premium
Worst visit and hotel i have ever been too. Charged my card twice, and charged my boyfriends card twice. Did not change the sheets in my room the entire time i was staying there, never a manager to talk to, was told to wait 45 minutes for the lady to handle me, and when the other customers problems were the same as mine or worse is when she went to help me. Worst place ever.
