Nice property, helpful staff. Roo. Was freezing (50s), they sent a tech up, I let him in to fix. He identified issue, said he wanted to get into the adjoining room too ensure complete functionality and would check my room later. Went to my conference, came back 8 hours later, still freezing Called front desk. They said they would send a tech. Nothing. Called front desk again half an hour later....had to have room changed. Pain in the butt.

There was no cleaning service for the room- which meant no beds made or clean towels. When I shared this with the manager, she stated this was in the into letter which indicated dialing zero if clean towels are needed on the weekend stays. Really-This very important fact should be in bold when booking a weekend reservation and reiterated at check-in verbally.-For the price I feel like I have been hoodwinked and bamboozeled.

It was awful. I never received notification that my reservation was canceled because of a "credit card" issue, and I had to really pry their customer service agents to get me a room. This was embarrassing and unprofessional.

I thought we'd sleep in luxury for 11 hours before we boarded our cruise but we opened the door to the smell of mold, hair on the beds, funky sheets, dirty carpet, finger prints EVERYWHERE, showerhead not working, hair in tub, marks in the toilet. Just an overall horrible experience. Lobby looks good, room looked like a motel. Very surprising for the hotel chain.

I booked two nights for my wife and me over New Year's Eve. To our surprise, the lobby and many of the floors reeked of pot smoke. The smell was so strong that it was unbearable and nauseating in the hallways, and it made its way into the rooms. One staff member apologized and promised to spray the hallways. It was also extremely loud and noisy, with kids running around while the staff did nothing. At around 5 AM, we woke up to a fire alarm and were instructed to evacuate the hotel. The fire department showed up, but apparently, there was no fire. The likely reason was pot smoking in the rooms. We ended up checking out after only one night. We complained to the staff, who apologized, but nothing was really done. We contacted Expedia, who contacted the hotel, but the same manager who apologized to us denied that there was any pot smoking or related issues. The staff managing New Year's Eve did nothing to stop the chaos and heavy pot smoking. I hope someone from corporate reviews this incident and takes action. I will never return to that hotel and will advise my family and friends to do the same.
