It wasn’t that clean there were cigarette butts on the balcony and the doors were so dirty I couldn’t even see through them. The booking was also misleading because my room was way smaller than pictured. It was overall an ok experience probably won’t book with you guys or them again.

Hotel was understaffed, took lot of time for everything. Saw a lady got mad complaining to the manager.I Asked for room cleaning and got refused. Doormen was rude too. All vending machines did not worked. Lift had issue so I need to use stairs from 6th floor. Room are quiet clean.
It was okay too many kids not a very lite property

Beautiful property. Wonderful amenities. Cleaning staff was wonderful. Lady at the front desk was terrible. She treated me like I wasn't staying in the hotel just be cause I was in my workout clothes and am a black woman. I had my room key and said the workout facility's door was not working & can she give me access to the exercise room. She looked at me and said is the room key working. Well, if the room key wasn't working, then that's what I would have asked you to fix. Then she proceeded to ask me to see my ID to make sure I was staying there. Zero customer service, common courtesy, and respect for diversity of guests in the hotel. It's sad that we are in 2019 and this type of evil is still ingrained in the hearts and minds of people. All because the color of someone's skin, they are automatically seen as someone who doesn't belong in the Hilton. I don't know her name or else I would list it here. But she was working there for the morning shift at the front desk during the week I was there.
