I guess my main issue was that my Corner King room was subpar. Carpets were wet upon arrival. Bathroom floors were dirty, carpet was shredding in places, AC didn't work well. I had to turn it down to 65 and turn fan on high to make room comfortable. I've stayed here before and been completely satisfied, but this time around my room felt dingy... for lack of a better word.

Nice surprise on how comfortable and nice this facility was

Indoor pool not heated. The rooms were dusty and dirty

Brief one-night stay, but pleased with the hotel. nice, clean, updated lobby and common-areas. Room was very clean and comfortable.

It's not worth it .. Room not comfortable like others hotels

Enjoyable location.... If you want a review do not put all the restrictions on it so I can complete quickly and submit...

When I'm travelling alone on business there are certain things I look for and this property has it all. I will definitely be back again and again. Best value for the price. I had a corner King - definitely worth it. Quiet, clean, friendly and helpful staff, great on site food, fast internet. What more do you want?!

Just there for a conference. Hotel food was good. Room was clean

The room was above expectations, quiet and very comfortable.

Clean rooms, great location. I will book in this hotel next time I visit Chicago.

Just stayed at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills resort for Thanksgiving weekend and it went great. Nice indoor pool, breakfast buffet and staff was very friendly. Dog friendly too. :)

Vangie our booking agent was very personable and helped us out very quickly when we wanted to continue our stay. The room was big, clean, and comfy. We loved our experience there and will be back in the future!

Great resort hotel. Beautiful suburban feel but close to Oakbrook night life shopping and city. Tranquil golf course feel.

Very pleasant I enjoyed I loved every bit of my vacation

The hotel is on a mini resort, but it feels like I'm definitely away from home and from the hussles of life. The hotel is very clean, nicely manicured and the staff was very accommodating. It was my husband's birthday weekend. I dropped off room decorations the night before and they did a great job setting it up for our arrival the following day. I'll definitely return.

I thought it would be more plush..location was a plus..rooms were just okay..small bathroom..had a coffee maker in our room with one pod..not the greatest housekeeping, she should of checked that. It was okay for one night.

Overall my experience was very good. Service and the food at the hotel was also very good. The location was perfect for me since my business meeting was less than 2 miles away. Will return some day.

Nothing to complain about here - not a "5-star" hotel but rated "5-stars" for great quality and value within its grouping of hotels in middle to upper quality...

What a wonderful place! We were there over 4th of July w my 2 1/2 year old and my niece and nephew 8 & 10 and my husband. We had a ball. Very famuly oriented. The pool was great. The staff was amazing.

I live in Naperville and work in Oakbrook, and decided to stay here for the night with my girlfriend just to relax. It was awesome! I got a corner king for a sweet deal online and got a beautiful view of the golf course area. Everything was clean and we enjoyed the indoor as well as outdoor pool. They really have well maintained facilities and the place is tastefully decorated. There were plenty of places to lounge and just hang out, or drink at the plentifully stocked bar right next to the main lobby. I will definitely be staying here again.
