Staff was extremely helpful, room was clean and well stocked and the environment was very quiet and clean.

Breakfast is awesome! Delicious really look forward to it

I believe this hotel is overpriced. The TV in my room was not working for two days until I asked to be changed to another room. I reported this immediately and the hotel personnel told me they had technical issues with the TV provider. I believe that hotels should not put guests in rooms that are not ready for them. Coffee maker was not working in room that I was moved in. This time I was promised a replacement coffee maker that never came. Breakfast is not included but the quality of the food and coffee was good and the restaurant personnel was great. They have a shuttle van that took me a couple of times where I needed to go in the vicinity. Again, great free service. Great, friendly driver. My issue was with the room and the front desk personnel. The king bed was too soft but the queen was better in the second room. Two of the front desk attendants did not do their work as expected. I had to go two days without television in order to be moved. A second attendant promised a replacement coffee maker that never came. One last thing. I needed to provide my employer with a breakdown of room price per night and hotel taxes. The attendant read them back to me. Could not print them for me and he gave me wrong numbers. I had to call Orbitz support twice to obtain the correct breakdown emailed to me. This experience is making me not want to use Orbitz during my next trip and think twice about Hilton Garden because of the high prices and weak points I just described above.

There should be a complimentary breakfast. The continental breakfast that other hotels give free was $12.95 per person here.

I was going to town for some activities at Medinah, this hotel is right next door, can't be that location; the staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. I would stay here again for sure

The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, and was more spacious than I had expected. The Sleep Number beds are ALWAYS awesome, and all Hilton Garden Inn's have them.

My husband and I stayed just one night for a weekend getaway. We booked the room online at an excellent rate. Our room was very clean and tastefully decorated. The reading chair even had an ottoman and the desk chair was so comfortable. The only thing that wasn't as comfy as I'd wish was the bed. It was a bit too hard, but we had no pain when we got up the next morning! This chain offers beds that are adjustable for your personal taste, but at an extra charge. Maybe next time we'd go with that. We did not eat in the dining room, but it is a full service restaurant and the prices were decent. This hotel's dining room is located to the left of the entrance and I thought it was too open. I think a wall or divider could be added for more privacy. The location was great - right off the highway and it is a quiet hotel!

Excellent Staff from Front Desk to housekeeping to the shuttle driver. Very close to my conference. Food was very good. Would considering staying on my next visit.

The first night was OK. The excessive amount of chemical in the pool ruined my wife's new swim suit. Beds are nice with adjustable comfort level. Free schuttle was given to take us to the train station to go downtown Chicago. Spent the day there going to all the museums and things of that nature. Coming back to the hotel we called for the return trip schuttle an hour before we were to arrive and had to stand in 40 degree winds and rain waiting 20 minutes for a van to come that only takes approx. 6 minutes to get there. Upon return, we asked for a thing of coffee to warm us up and was told they were out. Just our luck, we opted out of the turn down service and so we had no more in our room. DISSAPPOINTING. Breakfast buffet was good and you can ask for your eggs however you want. Other than that, nothing special. Been to better. Not at all the service I expected from a hilton. Should have stayed at Motel 8 or something. Oh, and the person running the desk when we got back and in the morning was just sitting and watching tv in the lobby while we were waiting for service and the phone was ringing off the hook. BS. Shows how one person can ruin it all. Cook, Manager, couple desk clerks, and waitress were all kind, helpful and courtious.

Even though we only stayed one night, we really liked the hotel. we didnt get to check out the pool or fitness room. the lobby was nice. i liked that all the rooms have a fridge and microwave. it helps with kids. it wasnt too busy, really quiet. pretty cheap too. they did not have room service in the afternoon when we got there (3pm)so we just got some frozen dinners from the 24hour pantry and heated them up in the room microwave. they did give me a list of restaurants that were close by, but i was too tired to go out after traveling. it was about a 15-20 minute drive to o'hare airport. i would recomend this hotel to anyone.

I cannot say enough about how comfortable the beds are. I am looking into purchasing one now. Everything was great... EXCEPT ... the hair dryer. The whirlpool bath was a bonus, every muscle was relaxed by the time I got out. The bed was AMAZING. The entire stay was First Class except the hair dryer. It is a piece of[*]when everything else is quality. Not sure why this was overlooked in a room that you could tell was well thought out.

We had (my wife and I) a training in one weekend so we've booked our room for one night. Everything was in the right place, the room was very clean and we had a good night sleep because of the bad. If we will need to go back in the same area definitely we will stay at the same hotel.
