Nice place I go back anytime yup I like it me n my husband

I booked our room approx. 6 months in advance. A 2 bedroom suite. We have 4 children with 2 adults. When we arrived they had no suite. They offered to put us in 2, not even adjoining rooms. We have 3 children under 12, that is unacceptable. We settled for 1 room. We had only ended up with 3 of the 4 children coming with us. We grudgingly squeezed into a single room with a queen bed and pullout sofa for 5 days because we knew there was no way we would find another room. I will not complain about the staff, they were helpful in the situation. I will say they need a better contingency plan. To book a room and get there to have no room after a 4 hour drive in a car full of kids is not acceptable in my book.

Denise was THE BEST. She was considerate, kind, and friendly. She was easy to connect to and immediately took my requests into consideration. She was AMAZING.

Really friendly, cosy and comfortable, home away from home

It was fine, I just did not like the distance from Chicago.

Great experience. Rooms were all neat and tidy. Amenities were nothing to complain about. But what was stand out was the staff. Checked in and was immediately felt welcome by the staff. They welcomed us warmly and my guest staying with me also had no complains. If you are in the area definitely recommend checking it out.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The available kitchenette and utensils were great. The bed was fine. The breakfast was superb. We also liked the pool and exercise equipment. I will plan to go there again.

A nice place to stay, clean, great location, and nice small kitchen will all the kitchen amenities.

The room was large and we really liked the high ceilings. Having all the kitchen amenities was very nice as well. Staff did great considering a tornado came through the night before and knocked them back to the 1980s. Room temp control from thermostat rather than loud AC was also a big plus.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel was centrally located and made getting around in an unfamiliar city pretty easy.

We go to Chicago to visit our family. Residence Inn was in a great location for us, in between both sets of families. One in the city and one in the suburbs. Oak Brook has nice malls and stores, including Tiffany's. The breakfast station was okay. Pretty much the norm. Continental with a pan of scramled eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Fresh fruit, yogurt and cottage cheese was also available. On Mon, Tues, and Wed nights they have a social in the dining area that includes an appetizer, small meal, and dessert along with wine, soda and beer. We loved the little kitchenett in the room. The pool area was clean and average size with a hot tub. We were greated by staff everytime you walk by the front desk, they are very hospitable. The only downside was there is no restaurant or bar on site and the only menu we could find for delivery was pizza. We really liked our stay there and when we return for more visits, we'll be staying there.

Everything was great. Only complaints we have are we wish we had more towels, and one receptionist wanted to flirt with laundry crew instead of give me a roll of toilet paper.

Three of us shared a room while attending a conference. The hotel was hard to find, but previous reviews warned of that so we went with extra directions. Room was VERY comfortable and spacious, and breakfast was plentiful. The breakfast area was beautiful and welcoming!

Had to call and have maintenance unclog the toilet. The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to change rooms. Noisy construction on hwy 88.
