The smoke detectors were disconnected, the pull out bed was horrible to sleep on, and there was a butt plug in our room.

The room was very clean and Quiet at night. Unfortunately there was only one luggage cart for the entire hotel. One of the two elevators was out of service so the wait to use an elevator was very long. Room keys didn’t work for the pool so the front desk had to unlock the pool every time someone wants to use it. When we finally got into the pool area there were no towels. The included breakfast was good!

bit dirty but staff is very good

it was ok the hotel seems a bit dirtier then last time we stayed in June the lobby area was some what dirty with papr and empty water bottles and food on the floors. the staff is good!!!
