Staff was friendly, room was nice. No amenities other than continental breakfast. Coffee was good! Room decor was new/modern and room was clean.
The internet hardly worked. They reset many time. Lots to traffic to and from Chicago.
no more stay in this motel this is walking and durty room like no clean and never going to again
I only check in for minutes and then check out and went somewhere else. Didn't like the smell and look of the room.
We needed a place to stay for a single night, so we weren't interested in fancy amenities, but for nearly $100 (after taxes and fees) I'd at least expect clean sheets and towels. We didn't notice the towel situation (make-up and hair on the folded towels) until we took showers in the morning, but by that point we were already going to be checking out. It's our fault too for not inspecting the room closer upon check-in.
The experience was ok but the hotel was not clean
We were a group of 5 people & the room was a bit cramped for 5 of us. Hotel staff was friendly & provided extra blanket & pillows. Other amenities are decent. Location was a bit far from the downtown so we had to get stuck in the morning traffic. But since it was away from the downtown, the area was quite peaceful & that's what you want after a whole day of travelling
It was across the street from my bowling tournament so was good. Not a bad neighborhood and figured out the Chicago transit to go downtown not much to see or do close by.

I loved my visit at super 8. I think that its reasonable priced,very comfy. I was there on business and will stay there again in the future. While i was there i had an opportunity to going to the bowling alley in walking distance .
This hotel have really friendly staffs. They helped us with any problem. It is just a little bit farer from train. It was good tsay in this hotel.
