This was my first time in Chicago and I had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, safe, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The location felt secure and convenient for everything I needed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again. Highly recommended!
