We felt the hotel was conveniently located to major roads so that we had options for traveling into downtown Chicago. It was also near multiple restaurant and shopping options. The staff was helpful and the complimentary breakfast was good.
Run down. Stayed for three nights; toilet ran and we called. They fixed it the next day and it started again. Blankets were more like sheets and they ran out of heavier ones. They need to pump some money into this hotel. Staff was very nice.

Our room was not ready at the check-in time of 3pm. Were exhasted from traveling & had our kids with us. They said would be a few minutes until ready. Not true. An hour later after waiting in the lobby, more & more people were told the same. Then we were told no rooms are ready because they have lots of guests & lots of people have late check out. Either way, wehad a reservations & the rooms should have been ready. Never trusting this place again.

Clean, pleasant place for an overnight stay. A little tricky to arrive at the hotel because of the traffic patterns. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, but, again because of traffic patterns, some effort is needed to actually get to them.
They got construction or renovation going on and the only negative was the parking sucked I came from work and it was packed otherwise I enjoyed my stay front desk very nice room comfy bathroom very small wouldn’t mind a more spacious room next time
