Overall its a great hotel . Its clean and staff is nice. For the night it was awesome.

The only two things I liked was the location and the price I paid. Check-in took longer than normal as there was nobody at the front desk when I arrived (10pm) and when I used the phone in the main lobby to call for assistance (there was a sign that said to do so) nobody answered. The young lady finally came after about ten minutes. Not a long wait but still. Extended Stay offers a full kitchen but no cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware, etc. The room was clean but the vent in the bathroom was dirty with excessive dust coming out of it. There was a few dogs near my room as I could hear them bark which wasn’t a huge problem but there was dog feces in the stairwell for two days before someone finally picked it up. You get what you pay for and I will probably not stay here again.
The check in clerk was not the best. Also the 1st room provided was terrible
Given the price, it was what I expected. Breakfast could have been more substantial, but appropriate given the price for the room
Disappointing stained carpet,dismal front entrance, staff just overworked and unprofessional. No in room coffee, no dinnerware in cabinets, am coffee bar was completely inadequate. For an extended stay, I expected better. Bare minimum amenities here-so many other choices in the area.
Service was exceptional, staff was courteous, area was clean.
The room was neatly clean. But, the kitchen cabinets were old and hard to open/close. After 5 mins of opening the water (bathroom or kitchen sink), it sounded like the pipes were going to burst open. We had to close the water and open it again hoping it wouldn't sound like that.
Hotel staff very heplful and friendly.They asked any questions i had.

First room I was given was not cleaned. Second could have used some maintenance, peeling wallpaper, dirty fridge, just kinda eh..
Room had not been cleaned. Phone plugged in no service. Not 1 towell in rm. Had to til they washed them. Maybe start a go fundme page. Never been to a hotel where they don't have towells. Not to mention the homeless that LIVE there, with bigs dogs that the guy ask that I move out of the way so he could take them out the door and not bite me. Wow really who would let vicious dogs around the customers! If this isnt a hotel anymore, but really a shelter you might want to change the name.
I was with a non profit group. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel for two nights while we visit six flags and navy pier. We only spent the evenings in the hotel for sleeping. These rooms were perfect for what we needed.
