Best Western Plus Oakbrook Inn

A solid hotel, though doesn't seem like a "plus". The rooms were dated, and the towels had been washed to death (holes). The benefits were that staff was nice, the hotel was quiet, and the surrounding area was very nice.

Went here with the significant other to have a night to ourselves. We stayed in the king suite with the jacuzzi and we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Planning on making this a once a month thing.

Nice value but the motion sensor lights were annoying. The bathroom lights turned off while I was in the shower. I was on the lowest floor and I could hear the people on the floor above walking around. Breakfast was really good for what you expect in a hotel free breakfast. They have someone making omelette to order. Unfortunately the omelette could not include ham, or any meat choice.

My spouse and I love staying at Best Western Plus, whenever we can. The rooms are clean, comfortable and accommodating. The addition of the large whirlpool makes for exceptional tranquility and relaxation. Complimentary breakfast is also a plus, including made-to-order omelets. The hotel offers complimentary travel items (shaving cream, razors, etc.), if you forget these, as I did. Over all, we had great respite for the weekend. The following could put this particular establishment over the top: 1) working water cooler & cups in the fitness room, 2) better lighting in the rooms, and 3) better staff engagement - staff seemed a bit indifferent to suggestions and observances.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable...a good place to stay in the Chicago area.

Very good to excellent. Great staff and a great room.

It was a great location for me considering I bought a car from a nearby dealership. The staff was great.

Construction going on in the hotel. Room was ok. There was something on the bed that appeared like a dried up french fry. Staff was very courteous.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent customer service during entire stay. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent!

This hotel is in the middle of a shopping center AND is under renovation. This should be made CLEAR when booking so travelers will know what they will be dealing with. Front entrance was closed so everyone used the emergency only door to the side. Entrance and stairwell was very dirty and we actually wanted a refund but was denied because it was a prepay through a travel site. I will NEVER prepay again because we were stuck with a hotel that did not meet our expectations at all. Very disappointed in this Best Western Plus although we have stayed at other locations.

Very clean and comfortable. Price was great for Chicago area. The only amenity that would have been better would have been a laundromat. The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was ok but it was included. I can't complain.

We stayed here because everything closer to Chicago was too expensive. It is only 20-25 miles to the city from here and one day we took the train (fun new experience) and the 2nd day we drove since the traffic on Saturday wasn't as crazy. The area was very nice.

Quaint hotel. Very courteous staff. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice economical hotel.

All positive. I'll be a regular from now on when in Chicago for business.

Stayed here for the night. Breakfast was great!!! Location just so so.

Very good overall. Good location for many restaurants. Oak Brook Mall within 5 miles.

The hotel was spotless, beds very comfortable and people very concerned that everything was perfect. Kelly, the gal at the front desk, was as pleasant as could be and my wife & I could not have asked for a more pleasant stay. Breakfast was great, even with custom made omlet's, sausage biscuits & gravy, waffles and great coffee. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is a great value for a great price. Rooms are clean with many amenities. The free breakfast is a bonus. Close to shopping and expressways. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Great room and amenities for the money. The breakfast was very good also

This Hotel was very nice, staff was helpful and friendly.

Our sincere apologies about the motion sensor lights in some of the rooms, we are working to remove the remaining ones in room once we have received the shipment. We are very sorry again and we are offering soap bars upon guest request. we hope you will come back to see us again soon!
