Was not informed that room would not be cleaned while we were there, 3 nights. Breakfast was good. Barking dog at 6 AM was not good, probably just down the hall.
This is an excellent hotel, well-located, and with a very helpful staff.

I booked this property for my parents for my daughter’s recent wedding. Due to a computer error, the dates entered were incorrect. I quickly hit the cancel button once I realized what happened & within less than 8 minutes I rescheduled the reservation. I then contacted the hotel & explained what happened. I was told the manager was not in but they would inform him of what happened & I would be contacted back. That NEVER happened! I also contacted Orbitz Customer Service to let them know what had happened & was told they could contact the hotel to see if they would consider the situation. Within 10-15 minutes I received an email stating the hotel would not refund the initial, incorrect reservation. I doubt seriously their was any contact on the part of Orbitz to discuss with the hotel the matter. I will likely not use Orbitz again, and definitely won’t stay at a Hampton Inn. This mistake cost me $346.96.
Every member of the staff I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. They interacted with me as well as my children. Also, the breakfast was fantastic and had many choices including fresh pressed juices and smoothies. This hotel was absolutely one of the cleanest and friendliest hotels I've stayed at, especially for the price! I only wish they had a hot tub along with the pool.

It was new - Pretty clean - we did have two small roach/beetle like bugs crawling on the desk. TV great size

I have stayed at a good many Hampton Inns. This one ranks better than most and I can’t think of one better. Staff, food, facilities all top notch.
The staff was very helpful and courteous during my visit. Room was very clean and the breakfast was nice as well.
The female desk clerk was on the phone for personal reasons during check-in and check-out--seemed like she was doing us a favor to talk to us. We love the hotel but we can't get the Wi-Fi to work. I travel all over with a laptop and don't usually experience difficulty getting to the internet, but this hotel has consistently been a problem. We stay here on a quarterly basis, so we have experience.
WiFi never did work with one particular device. At the best of times, it only worked on one device at a time.
