Staff and service was excellent. However, the property is very dated in the room was dirty and had a smell
Despite being right next to a rather busy stretch of I-55, it was surprisingly quiet.
Rooms kitchens aren’t stocked. Had to carry up everything from front desk. Kinda weird, but friendly staff
very nice room
Good value
Service so bad. Really asking $2 for water. No breakfast options. and someone hit my brand new car n I ask for cctv camera not good answer
No problems at all, room was nice, also staff was nice
The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was expecting the room to be more like a regular hotel. I was disappointed that there was no hair dryer and only one nightstand. Also there was no ice machine.
Had a smelly room (smoke? body odor?) when I first checked in. Got a second room, but room key did not work. Finally got it all working, but never an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" kinda thing. No compassion from the staff. It was fine, but I won't stay there again
i was not happy that i was charged for a damage to a window that was previously there. i also booked a non smoking room which is what i got but i got charged for my room smelling like smoke.
Rooms are clean and comfortable for the price. Kitchenette with large refrigerator is great to store items.
The hotel was good. Unfortunately, in that date, they were testing their fire alarm. It was very noisy at some point in the afternoon.
We arrived at the hotel at 4:30 check in was at 3 and the manager said our room was not ready so they put us in king with a pull out instead of non smoking two fulls bed for three people. Our replacement was a smoking room which reeked of smoke and there was no way any of could have managed. When I called she was annoyed wanting us to come back down with all our stuff I mad her meet us. While the room was non smoking the pull out bed was awful. My poor sister had such a stiff back from the bar in her back and if she moved wrong it would fold us on her. Not very clean our modern. Kind of dingy would never go back.
Pros: Cute room w/ mini kitchen area Quiet Located in a good neighborhood Cons: Breakfast Channnels on tv The cons weren’t that crucial. However to a person who is looking for a big breakfast and lots of channels, this may be important to you. As for me, this hotel provided what I needed without breaking my pockets. If I visit the area again, I would book with them again
Its tucked away on a quiet side road which I liked. The room was clean but not as warm and comfortable as most motels. Customer service was very bad. Maggie seemed always confused and unapologetic for inconveniences. My room had no face towels and there was none available so I had to buy some from Walmart. The beds was not comfortable and the bedding was very old. The phone did not work. No cable TV Breakfast was bland, only granola bars, oatmeal, and coffee.
