Stayed here with 2 small kids before flight from Midway. Enjoyed the pool, delicious cookies, and hot breakfast. Would definitely come back if in area again.

They said the heater for the swimming pool was not working but I think they were just saving money - if the pool is not working then that should be indicated when making the reservation - kids were very disappointed

Except for no breakfast and room service when requested, all due to COVID, no complaints.

The ceiling in the corner looked like water damage and part of it was peeling off. The shower ceiling looked like something was splashed on it and not cleaned.

The staff at the desk and the drivers of the vans were so incredibly helpful - genuine 'yes' people. My laptop broke and they offered to drive me to Target at 10 PM and helped out several times.

Nice hotel and location. The pool is good size. It will be better if there is a hot tub.

It was very nice I liked the location. Wish the pool was open longer.

Conductivity didn’t work on one computer.... Lady who checked us in, spent the entire checkin on the phone, with her supervisor apparently.

Check in was easy and seamless. Our room was ready and clean when we checked in. Free breakfast is always great.

We were traveling from Columbus Ohio to Minneapolis Minnesota. We were bringing my son in law home from having suffered a major stroke in Ohio while there on business. You hotel was so nice! It was clean, food was good, staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at a Springhill Suites again! Thank you!

It is hard for me to dignify this with a response. How do we save money by having the pool closed?? At a cost of 19,000 we have ordered, and are awaiting, a new pool heater and heat exchanger. Once received it will be installed. Finally, the fact that our pool is closed is clearly noted on our website, and on Expedia and all of their subsidiaries websites.
