The room we had 320 was right next to the elevator, which was terrible since I could hear people near my door a lot of the night. It kept me on alert, hard to relax, had to turn up TV and out in the deadbolt. Then I asked the desk for more towels, and the night shift lady said I had to wait for housekeeping in the morning. Which made no sense at 2230 the night before. I used my bath towel to wipe up dirt smudges on the floor which also made me feel uncomfortable. There were no paper products besides toilet paper. If you have light colored hard flooring, the least housekeeping can do is to clean up where visibly dirty since it's much cleaner than carpeting, I'm not too upset about that. I wish it had been a better stay, but I love the price I got and Orbitz is a great app.

Booked online then arrived a short while later and hotel said there were no rooms available.

The hotel industry needs to STOP using the Corona Bologna as an excuse for not providing amenities, such as cofee and breakfast.

Hallways smelled like smoke and walls had no insulation.

Unlike other motel 6 branches, and we've stayed at a few, this site has the friendliest and most courteous staff. They actually treat you like guests deserving of their best service. Cons: location and limited availability of convenience such as a refrigerator and microwave when requested

Clean rooms are always appreciated. Didn't like the staff. Always after room service came to check my room while I was out, my card key was not working anymore, and I had to go downstairs to solve problem. Cleaning lady didn't want to open the door for me so I had to get the elevator and see front desk person.

I liked the fact i had a Jacuzzi in my room. I wish the room was a bit more cleaner and that it had at least a continental breakfast. Lobby was very clean and fresh smelling. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Sorry to hear that you were by the elevator, as we get pretty busy it can be a little noisy. I will talk with the housekeeping staff and share your feedback. We did bring in a few new housekeepers so we can continue to improve and look forward to you hopefully coming again.
