Great lobby! So many areas to visit with friends & family

I arrived and the host was great!! Nice place to stay! Had no issues at all!

Staff was very nice. They were very helpful and made my stay there very comfortable.

the hotel has great staff very clean everything beautiful lobby looking forward to staying there in the future

We had a great time with our daughter... swimming and playing in the pool. Breakfast was great, too! The kitchen manager who took our breakfast order was a little salty (and forgetful)... but overall it was a great experience!

Great quick weekend trip to explore Chicago. This hotel is about a 20 minute ride from the train but the parking was only about $6 for all day and very safe. Would do it again!

The hotel overall was decent, just wasn't up to par with other courtyards I've stayed at for the price we paid.

Good service, very helpful staff. Hotel is very far from downtown so difficult to commute there

Overall the hotel is very nice. Definitely looked clean and love the pool and outside areas!!! Not too far from most attractions we went to (casino, mall, etc) but unfortunately they didn't have free breakfast. It would have been nice to have at least SOME free options (bagels, milk, muffin, cereal). Most hotels do have that now anyways, even the "cheaper ones"

A pleasant experience that allowed me to relax and get my work complete. A very quiet stay.

Nothing at all special about this hotel. Few amenities worth noting. Breakfast is not included and is very expensive for what you get. I wouldn't bother staying here again. Also, the hotel is very poorly insulated, so the common areas are very cold. It's located just outside an industrial park and not very convenient to anything of interest.

We got 2 rooms for a party of five for 2 nights.Every thing was pretty good Accept : there was no refrigerator in either of the 2 rooms and we were told that since the hotel was overbooked (it was a regular, non peak, weekend), there weren't any extra pillows or throws to spare.. other than that .. it was a comfortable place.

The front entry has been updated and has a nice feel. The rest of the hotel could be updated but as a whole is still very adequate. We choose a room w a sleeper because there we 3 of us. The 2nd and 3rd night we had to ask for sheets. The 2nd night they brought them up and the 3rd night, though we left the sleeper out, was again without sheets when we returned to the room. The Front desk was friendly and nice. I think the cleaning crew needs attention to detail. The surrounding area is very industrial. We choose to stay close to the airport but would look for a more residential stay next time. If you're coming for work in this area than it's a solid choice.

Our activities were not in downtown Chicago but were on the northeast side of O' Hare airport. But from this location, we still needed to account for the drive time during peak traffic. Using the GPS to check the congestion and avoid the E-ways was the trick to getting somewhere on time.

Not a whole lot of amenities, a little pricey for everything

I had a business trip in Chicago and the company I was visiting is next a couple minutes away from the hotel. My expectation on Courtyard Hotel is higher than this one. The hotel is kind of old. The internet access is slow and Wifi is very bad in my room. When I needed a hair dryer, there is none in the room. I hope this hotel can improve its service to meet the standard of Marriott.

Hotel was clean, everything worked well. TV was a nice flat screen; however, no HD channels. Pool was clean as was the jacuzzi. Overall, I was very satisified.

Everything was perfect from reservation to check-in, Room 101 was clean, but bathroom shower area was badly in need of maintainence, vanities had bunch of old smoke marks on it. I have never stayed at any courtyard like this. Staff was courteous, but I felt they were short handed. I stood in breakfast line to place order, that lady walked away from the counter and didn't show up for 5 minutes, upon check out at 4:00 AM, nobody was at the front desk. Other than that, hotel was perfect in everyway.
