Friendly staff.

This hotel says it has free shuttle service to & from the airport, which it does. We arranged for an 8 a.m. shuttle the night before but it didn’t show. Every time we asked if one was coming the front desk receptionist kept saying it would be a few more minutes. I understand she had no control over exactly when one would show but she just had a total lack of concern or urgency about us making our connection. After 30 min. we asked if she could call a taxi instead she said yes but she “didn’t know what taxi to call.” The shuttle did eventually arrive 45 min. late & we barely caught our plane. Since our flight had been canceled several times over 2 days due to the hurricane in FL we really needed to catch our flight home that had been rescheduled for a third day. If it weren’t for this shuttle debacle I would have given a higher rating because the hotel & room were nice and the breakfast was very good.

Hotel was located in a great area and close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and surprisingly good. So pleased with housekeeping, they replaced our towels and remade our beds while we were out, we weren’t expecting that.

Thank for providing an airport shuttle, LOVE having a safe in the room. Appreciate eco friendly also.

First time staying at this hotel. Selected this location because it was only 1.7 miles from our office.

Upon our arrival to the airport the shuttle was late by one hour. We had to call the front desk several times before finally being picked up from the airport. The driver also admittedly said he was new and he was late for work today. When we arrived at the hotel and received our room we went into the room and the room was not clean, the trash had not been taken out, the beds were not properly made, it was not properly put together. We switched rooms and our 2nd room bathroom water was not working properly and lamp shades fell off the wall. We had asked to reserve an airport shuttle to be picked up by 5 AM the desk attendant told us that the shuttle does not run until 6 AM. After calling the adjacent hotel I found out that the shuttle does in fact run at 4 AM and reserved the shuttle for 5 AM. In the morning when the shuttle picked us up at 5 AM we got in the shuttle which was not clean there was frozen meat patties on the front seat, the back seats were dirty with mud, and the door was broken and would open. Also having a different driver in the morning, we had a conversation about all of the maintenanc lights being on in the vehicle and it required service. If I had more time to change hotels I would have. If I was staying longer in Chicago I would have also changed hotels. I will not stay at this hotel ever again nor would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice property. Construction outside the building but it didn’t affect my stay. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel, staff was very helpful, housekeeping was also very helpful. Property was very well kept. Definitely a good place to stay!

Hotel was located in a great area and close to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and surprisingly good. So pleased with housekeeping, they replaced our towels and remade our beds while we were out, we weren’t expecting that.

Upon our arrival to the airport the shuttle was late by one hour. We had to call the front desk several times before finally being picked up from the airport.
