Business trip. Staff very helpful. Room large, clean, and comfortable.Facilities perfect.

Enjoyed our stay Only downfall was being expected to pay extra for Wi-Fi.

We were in town for the Cubs game. Would have stayed another night but hotel was booked.

Stayed there with my husband and kids. Clean and comfortable.

Lobby is an atrium style entrance. Rooms overlook atrium. I was there over a long weekend while hotel events were going on. I had to sleep with tv on. Hotel offers free earplugs. Rooms are comfortable and newly renovated.

On day of checkout only few elevators working. Rooms are great, facility is older and can be better with face lift. Building not to Westin level, looks more like Embassy suite. No wifi included in the rae. Some additional $10 charge at the end which I saw no where coming. Lots of parking and that was free

Nice location close to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel is clean and staff was friendly.

Outstanding stay. Room perfect price excellent. It is about 30 minutes form downtown and there was a additional 10.63$ hotel charge that I was never told about. ORBITZ must disclose this charge before. Well at least parking was free. I am satisfied overall. Thank you WESTIN.

Worth a room with a fountain view from top floor. Very pleasant...

Very Good, what I didn`t like that I couldn`t used WiFi in the room, because I was not going to pay $10 a day for that service

Beautiful hotel natural light enters from the ceiling great place to have a wedding reception or convention.

We were a little skeptical about the hotel after some of the reviews that we read. It ended up being a very nice hotel and I can't disagree more with the negative reviews. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Check in was extremely easy and quick . We called to the front desk to ask for extra blankets and they were delivered to our room with in 10 minutes . The only things I really have to complain about is there not being a microwave in the rooms and the gift shop was extremely overpriced. There was a grocery store nearby and places to eat as well but not much to eat at the hotel . The pool area was very nice and very clean. The pool area closes at 9 PM which I feel could be extended a little longer. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again in the future .

This hotel is in a great location in a wonderful city. We had excellent meeting rooms and fantastic options in the evenings all around us in Chicago.

Great value for a clean and quiet hotel. My second visit. I would stay again.

Hotel close to Woodfield shopping, easy on and off highway. Unfortunately the room smelled of smoke from the guest the night before. bed very comfortable.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and there appearance was professional. The cost to stay there for the two days was affordable to other hotels. Some things were not okay though. I was waken on both days to the sound of weights and barbells hitting the floor next door to me on the wall facing the fitness center. I was in a room with a joinning door and the guest were very rude and loud. The carpet could've used some cleaning, lots of stains in the carpet but the room was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was great.

We arrived at 5am hotel staff was friendly and helpful with getting us an early check in did cost $40 but was better than paying for two nights. Room price was good did not offer breakfast beds were small room looked pretty clean there was a large spot on the floor in front of the dresser and something underneath that could be seen from the bed but everything else looked clean. Air in room would not get very cold we even turned it down to 66 and woke up sweating. Could hear all the noise from the atrium. We went to six flags and when searching for a close hotel this was one the showed up but was 45 minutes away. Was not close to much and traffic was crazy.Saturday night after getting back from dinner we wanted to swim we were told they did not own the pool and it closed at 9pm and would reopen at 7 so we went back to our room. We decided we wanted something to drink tried to find a vending machine was not by the ice machine on our floor went back and called the front desk and they said they do not have vending machines we could use room service or have something brought room service charges $4 for room delivery and 21% tip plus tax there bar was also closed before midnight we went to a gas station to get a pop. The room service menu was expensive. Sunday morning check out was super easy. Over all if u need a place to stay for cheap it's nice just don't expect the extras.
