Whenever I have to go to Chicago O’Hare, I always prefer to stay at this hotel. I have stayed here several times overs the years and have always found it to be Excellent in almost every aspect.

I have stayed at this property several times and it is an excellent property and has a great staff. Very friendly, courteous and professional. The only peeve I have is a garbage truck or something that comes really early in the morning and make such a racket. It woke us up even though we were on the 6th floor this time. Perhaps it can be rescheduled to a little later. Other than that, kudos to the staff. I will definitely stay here again.
This was our fifth stay at this hotel. It is an excellent property with friendly and courteous staff. This time though, our room was drafty. I think the space around the AC needs some spray foam. On the whole we will definitely stay here again.
It was good spot and central to where I needed to be. Staff was helpful, and it was perfect spot for what my needs were this trip.

The hotel room was great for a family. Very quiet and the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast could have been better but it still was fine for our family. I would gladly stay here again.
We had a 5 day 4 night stay. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice but there was no house keeping service, not even for the basics such as changing towels or making sure we had toilet paper. We asked to have our room cleaned on day 3 and were told that we needed to be out of the room for 3 hours, we were gone for 5 and they hadn't cleaned. They served the same breakfast sandwiches or french toast sticks everyday, there was no variety. Also, there is no hot tub.
We liked the room layout & the Grab & Go is convenient. It's weird that their shower stalls are very big but the soap/toiletry dish is the size you'd find on a cruise ship (very little room). The pool was closed a few times when we wanted to use it due to treatment - it'd be nice if they did that at the same time each day (early in the morning).Most of the staff was nice.

Clean and spacious room. Near to interstate, food and golf course. Friendly staff.
Room was larger than expected with a large couch and ottoman. Separate bar area.
The girl at the front desk needs to work on her communication skills. At check-in she asked for a credit card (which all hotels do, obviously for incidentals). She told me I would be charged $50. I looked at her waiting for her to say for incidentals, that it would be refunded if unused, anything. Blank stare. I repeated back to her what she said and she said yes. After a long pause and me not forking over my card, she finally said for incidentals and to be refunded if unused. Hotel was clean and in good, updated condition. Smallest king bed I have ever seen, though.
The place was very clean and the staff was very nice
Rooms are nice with separate living area. Wet bar area is a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable. Several issues were: hdmi connection in the a/v panel didn't work, neither did one of the AC outlets, we could only get hot water from the bar sink, and there are not enough AC outlets by the bed, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Overall though, it's a nice enough hotel.
