I stayed there for 3 nights. They had shut off their central A/c in the property. When I reported next morning the front desk clerk had a never to tell me that since the outside temp was 40 deg they had shut off the A/c. All 3 nights I had to spend without A/c and could barely sleep. This seems to be their costing cutting exercise during pandemic but at the cost of customer. I will never stay at this property again.

I usually really like Sheraton Hotels, but this one could use some major upgrades. It was very outdated. My son culent hook up his PS4 because the HDMI ports wouldnt work. It was incredibly hot in our room. We called to inform them the air didnt work and ask for a fan. I was told there are no more fans available. They dont push cold air, just air from outside so i needed to open the windows. The windows only open 2 inches for safety reasons I'm sure, but that 2 inches was behind the curtain so there was still no airflow. Also, there are no screens. So we got to sleep with mosquitoes. There was no fitted sheets for the bed. Just 3 top sheets, so they kept coming off the bed.

Everything was great. The staff were welcoming everytime you entered the building and very kind. The pool was a little too cold for our child, but overall experience was great!!

Unfortunately, we don't have that good experience from this hotel. We stayed there On 09/16/17. The room was clean and cosy. However, we asked for extra tea spoon and teabag that we never received them. While checking out, a guy was at the desk. When we told him about poor room service, he didn't even bothered himself to answer us. He totally ignored us and it was such an awkward situation that the lady at the other desk apologized us instead! I called the hotel several times to talk with the manager and left a voicemail for him but I never got the call back. Their behavior was offencive.

Room was great. Had a free water which was nice. Only issue was that there was no free airport shuttle on weekends.

Staff is EXTREMELY courteous and helpful. Room was peaceful and quiet. Good location. If this were the only hotel I stayed in I would be happy. I would like a small bulk up in amenities, like: we only had one coffee sample in our room and it would be nice to have to or more since it was more than one person staying there. Also, lights in the living area were a bit inconvenient. Besides that...lovely room. Lovely stay. Great staff. One of my favorite hotel stays.

In addition, the price was reasonable. Close to O’Hare International Airpory (approx. 10 minutes from the airport). The area is very quiet and conducive for a weekend getaway or a business trip.

I am happy to stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again when in Chicago. Conveniently located near the airport; however, would not be a good place if you don't have your own vehicle.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Pros: decor, room size, style, and layout, very comfy bed and pillows, blackout curtain, location. Cons: amenities are basic. Have everything you need but could maybe expand to other things you may want. There were small things that didn't matter but reduced my score a bit: bed had a slightly squeaky frame, alarm clock light was so dim could barely read the time. AC was buzzing constantly. All the cons were very minor and didn't outshine the pros. Have stayed in Chicago area several times in the year at several different places and this one is the top of the list. Definitely recommend.

The first day we stayed no AC, I asked the staff they told me because the weather getting cold That why all the AC unit shutted off my room were terrible hot and they give me the small fan put in my room, some how the next day we got back to the room at the night time we got the AC, and the shower unit need to be fixed or replacement so difficult to turn off and on, otherwise no any other complaint, nice staying and the price is fair enough . thanks,
