Great location!!! Very walkable to Magnificent Mile shops, restaurants, Riverwalk, Navy Pier. Hotel is dated, furniture has obvious wear and tear. Chairs with in room and lobby with holes worn thru the fabric. Breakfast left much to be desired. If you're staying here for the free breakfast which was a big factor in me choosing this hotel...skip it. Doormen were very helpful, hospitable, and courteous. Other front desk staff...not so much. For the price paid per night, more updated/better options are available on this same street.
