The view & I didn’t like we had to pay 50 a night for valet parking it should be a one time fee

The room was nice however my view was into the windows of the apartments across the way. I was less then pleased. I asked for a didferent room and was told that is what I booked so that is what I get. I ended up cutting my two day trip short.

I don't know about the hotel because I didn't stay there orbitz took my money

I had a wellness check put in place for every morning and evening i was there. It did not happen each morning and thus i encountered a hypoglycemic episode especially my microwave wasn't operational.

Great location and very clean hotel with great service. Only thing I did not like is that the patio on 8th floor was not open even though there was plenty of space to social distance. Really would love to return and actually use the amenities someday. Chicago is amazing and so was The Hilton’s view from our room.

The carpet was not vacuumed well, my wife stepped on a dried up cherry in the middle of the night, the mini fridge froze our food and drink. Not very organized for parking during chexk-in.

I liked the proximity to food, grocery, parks. The room was not clean. Found a cleaning rag on one of the shelves and dried food near coffee/fridge/microwave area

Awesome location and our room had an amazing view of all of downtown Chicago And Lake Michigan.

Bummed prices were still the same despite no use of fitness center, pool, restaurant or room service

Because of my stay here I now have scabies, when I approached the staff with bed bug bites they still charged me and acted as if I inconvenienced them. Now I’m stuck with this problem and their management won’t even respond. If anyone knows what to do in a situation like this, please advise. It seems like they are taking advantage of the fact that it’s only one person and my voice isn’t loud enough. Please avoid this hotel at all cost, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

Location was great. I went to Chicago to do some paperwork at the Costa Rican embassy which is located over Michigan Avenue and the Hilton Garden Inn couldn't have been in a better place for me as it was ~ 12 mins walking distance from the office I had to go.

Fairly new building, kind staff. Very clean and great location.

Fitness center was perfect. Staff was polite and professional. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Location was great. Definitely will be back!
