Park Hyatt - Chicago

Recent guest reviews

Staff checked us early when we got to chicago. Already recommended to family and friends.

I loved this hotel. The room was brilliantly designed, with plenty of space to put everything away, and a fantastic bathroom with double sinks, a separate shower, separate toilet stall, and a deep soaking tub. The restaurant made a great breakfast try the bacon-cheddar scramble. The bar is expensive as heck, but what do you expect? It's a Park Hyatt, not Motel 6. Go, and enjoy.

First time at Park Hyatt Chicago. Perfect in every way!

We had great service! We did use many of the amenities but the desk staff was wonderful. We used the valet service for our car which was very convenient

From the location to the the amenities this hotel was a lovely experience. The moment you arrived it was a warm and welcoming experience. From the ice tea and lemonade in the lounge to the bath towels and down pillows there was a feeling of comfort and luxury. The room was clean and large the stall shower superb. Breakfast was in a lovely room overlooking the water tpwer with a view to the river. Shopping and museums were in close proximity. I would stey thre again.

Stayed 5 nights in a super large room with lots of daylight and outside scenery. Also a large bathroom with tub and shower to match. Staff helpful and friendly and very professional. They assisted with reservations for tours and dinner before we even arrived. Lobby offered beverages and snacks all day/night, newspapers and comfortable seating. Very artistic! Fantastic restaurant, spa and pool with rooftop garden and seating. This place made us Park Hyatt people. Tried to get into the new location in NYC end of June but is totally booked. Next time go PH for an extended stay vacation and feel safe, comfortable and treated like royalty.

Hotel is in great location, staff is super helpful and the amenities are good. Gym is nice and big they have bikes you can borrow and snacks in the pantry

Great hotel in an outstanding location, it makes walking about so easy and conveniently close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are well designed and the beds are super comfortable.

We've stayed at nearly every major hotel in the Michigan Ave. area and this one is in our top two choices. You can't beat ambiance, friendly staff and cleanliness. The room was very nice, had a wonderful view and was a good size ( we stayed in a King on the 11th floor). I have a bad back and need a good mattress and the bed was perfect. The location is beyond ideal. We travel to Chicago 2 to 3 times a year for several days of sightseeing, shopping and eating. I will make this our permanent first choice as it's only competitor ( in our opinion)is around 30% higher .

I was absolutely spoiled by my stay at the Park Hyatt. To date it is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. My lover and I met there and were oblivious to the freezing, snowing, blizzard that had set upon the area. Amazing.

everything about the park hyatt is above reproach. It sits on the magnificent mile, overlooking the lake and the water tower. My woman and I enjoyed lounging on the bench in the window over looking the activities. The staff was awesome, the room was awesome...by far, the best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Everything was perfect for my stay during the Chicago Marathon weekend. A massage with Misty at the spa was a great way to cap off a fun race day.

Very modern, very professional, I needed shaving cream and deodorant and immediately was taken care off.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Chicago. I love it! I use to live in Chicago and am familiar with all the areas and hotels. Hands down, the best.

The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. You couldn't even see to put on make up. There were holes in the walls in need of repair. No ice machines on the floors, you have to call room service. We waited 30 minutes before my husband went to the resturant to get it for us.

everything was amazing. nothing went wrong. everything was perfect and on point.

Rode bikes along the lake, shopped, relaxed and had fantastic meals in Chicago.
