The lady who checked us in (the countess) was very friendly and welcoming. Even though she was the only person working the front desk, she did not get frazzled or curt. She was great! Room was beautiful and had an amazing view!

Great location, really nice hotel overall. Staff were friendly & At night you have to show a room key to enter the hotel which felt very safe and secure. Only complaint is the pillows are horrible!

Location for this hotel was excellent. From the 31st floor we had the river view and could see all the way down the river and views of all the buildings. Bathroom was excellent just needed a double sink. Bed was very comfy and relaxing

very friendly and quality staff. bed and pillows were very comfortable. one small critique - the primary work table had no outlets nearby, which is unusual considering laptops, phones, etc... like to be charged ... otherwise, fine hotel and i would not hesitate coming back

Would not stay again. House keeping started knocking on doors at 8:30 and again at 9:15 on our checkout day. When we got into our room it smelled over the top of cleaning products. When I walked across the carpet my socks got completely soaked as it was wet across the carpet

Nice hotel right on the riverside. All staff I interacted with were polite and professional. I had an issue with the safe in my room and reception said that they will inform maintenance. 10 minutes later maintenance show up and are unable to fix the issue so they ended up replacing the entire safe instead, even the maintenance man said he has never had to do that before. I'm very happy with the service I received here and would happily stay again.
