This hotel has great staff. They are very nice and friendly. The only issues we had was that you have to order and pay extra to have a microwave in your room. Also, we checked in on a Thursday night and checked out Sunday and not once did housekeeping come to clean the room. I found this very odd. Other than that, great hotel.

Our room was designed thoughtfully and beautifully. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great view, walkable to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Easy pickup and drop off if we needed to uber. No long waits for the elevator, the noise was not an issue despite being in the city. 10/10!

We stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned our room, and replenished towels sheets etc. Wish we could of got to use the rooftop deck but it was closed for construction. Other than that great location.

Wonderful experience! Great location! Enjoyed the deluxe suite and all the features that went along with it. Hotel staff was incredible, helping us with whatever we needed from where to get the food we were looking for to helping us with nightlife and our return trip to the airport! If we are back in Chicago, we'll definitely be back here.

Beautiful room overlooking the river. Excellent locatiin. Only bad thing is there is No parking available on the property. the hotel sends you to a parking 10 minutes away walking. At night it was dangerous and got soaked on a rainy night getting the car.

This hotel was awful. The staff wasn't very friendly, the hotel was under construction. The main lobby was a mess and it was noisy. Between dogs barking, construction and the fact we couldn't even get a water at the front desk. It was an awful stay and this hotel was not a great fit. I was extremely disappointed.

Guests weren't notified until AFTER booking that there was no parking, construction everywhere, no restaurant, no bar, and NO HOUSEKEEPING. A guest in front of us was so confused why a 4-day stay had no housekeeping. Using Coronavirus as an excuse is absolute bs. Wouldnt you WANT TO CLEAN everything BECAUSE OF cv? Every other establishment cleans everything after every guest. THis is backwards. Also, no parking, so add on an additional $58, plus walking back to the hotel.

The bed was comfy. The river view was incredible. Rooms were outdated. Room was hot. Headboard was falling apart and pieces were all over our bed. No communication between staff. We paid extra for a late checkout and our keys were deactivated before our late checkout, spent 20 minutes trying to get a new key to get our stuff. There was construction going on in the hotel and it was loud. Carpet was dusty and footboards need a good paint job.

The room was very nice and very clean. But, the restaurant was closed, there was a lot of construction and the Orbitz listing said that the self-park option was included in the cost of the room. It was not.

This property is centrally located in downtown Chicago overlooking the river and across the street from the Riverwalk. The view from the front facing rooms was gorgeous. Neighborhood is safe and clean. There are casual restaurants and eateries in the immediate area. Hotel is within walking distance to Millennial Park and Chicago Art Institute. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was no room service for food. A minimal coffee kit was supplied in the room. (1 reg and 1 decaf Keurig for 2 people). We had a flooding problem from the shower for the 1st two days we were there. Staff responded, apologetically, both times, but it took 2 days to get it fixed. There is construction going on, to the building, so during the day there was power-tool noise pretty continually.

Victoria, the front desk manager was amazing. She made our stay enjoyable. She’s the only reason I would give this hotel a good rating. Generous, easy to talk to, very helpful and knows her job well.

We stayed in a river view room with 2 queen beds. The view was great except for the Trump building. We had a great view of the Wrigley building and start of the Magnificent Mile. The Cloud Gate was super close along with the River Walk. All the major sites were walking distances. We took the subway to China Town and that was $18 on Red line around trip. Those were the pros. The cons: the parking is super expensive. It was $53/night to park. We had to park off site since Royal Sonesta was closed . There Parking was $69/ night that was not what it was advertised but luckily they were closed. The rooms are super close to each other. You can hear everything ! You can smell Cigarettes and Pot from other rooms. Even though it was a non smoking facility. No house keeping. We had a shower that water would leak out the door. When done showering there was a huge flood on the floor. After second day we all took a shower and used our towels to dry up the floor. The bathroom has a pocket door that separated from the 2 sink area and toilet. They a a huge silver plate on the pocket door to open and close. Every once and while your a would scrape against it and cause a scratch or your sweater would get caught. It was a weird monstrosity. They are renovating the building from 23 floor and up. You can hear lots of work going on. But otherwise, they are very good about the mask and Covid situation. Everybody was wearing a mask and had hand sanitizers. Even when we were outside.

Wonderful experience! Great location! Enjoyed the deluxe suite and all the features that went along with it. Beautiful room overlooking the river. Excellent locatiin. Only bad thing is there is No parking available on the property. the hotel sends you to a parking 10 minutes away walking. At night it was dangerous and got soaked on a rainy night getting the car.
