Poor service all the way around. Orbitz was in charge and neither the Drake hotel or United airlines would help my son and I trying to leave Chicago. They both both said u must go through who booked it. That was Orbitz. Called over 20 times over a two weeks. No answer, help and was just hung up on. It wasn’t worth my son and I lives. We had all the travel insurance and incurred $500 on a rental car to flee the city all on my own. Plus losing $250 on our last nite at the Drake hotel and not being able to fly back from O hare to XNA. Had to drive 12 hours over nite being tired, stressed and with no help. Good look with my case. And I have been a loyal customer. Paul j Wiegel

Excellent service from the beginning to the end. The hotel was beautiful, amazing restaurant with live music and even have a few cafes.

Location on North Michigan Ave. is fabulous. Classic hotel with great staff and service.

Great location. Nice hotel. Great shopping and food. Easy access

Fabulous Historic Hotel in one of the best locations to restaurants and shopping in Chicago!

Great hotel in a perfect location close to all of Chicago attractions.

Beautiful property. Had a great visit and tea time.

Rooms in need of remodeling and more counter space in bathroom and nicer showers and a mini fridge

Location at north end of Michigan Ave is great, decor elegant, friendly staff

Old charm, very clean for its age. Great location to shopping and dining.

This hotel was incredibly sub-par. It has the impression of sophistication, but in reality everything had an old, worn feel to it. The room was dated, cheap with fake “fancy” furnishings and crappy coffeemaker and no fridge. We could hear whole conversations from the guests next door. The only thing going for this hotel is it’s amazing location. If this hotel was outside the city it would be a run of the mill generic place.
