Nice place if you’re looking for a historic night but the price does not match the room. Four very flat pillows...heat didn’t work and they were radiators. Felt like a small apartment. Bed was low to ground and bathroom was just nothing to be admired. Could use major upgrades. Staff was great though

I was told I had a room with a king bed and a walk in shower. Instead I was given a handicap room with a tub shower. Front desk changed my room with their version of an upgrade. It had a poorly constructed handicap shower. Two queen beds and a view through dirty windows of the air conditions system for the hotel and the roof. What once was a classic vintage hotel is now a depressed dump

Beautiful and clean, great service

Very conveniently located building. Excellent customer service, from cleaning staff to friendly receptionist.

Poor service all the way around. Orbitz was in charge and neither the Drake hotel or United airlines would help my son and I trying to leave Chicago. They both both said u must go through who booked it. That was Orbitz. Called over 20 times over a two weeks. No answer, help and was just hung up on. It wasn’t worth my son and I lives. We had all the travel insurance and incurred $500 on a rental car to flee the city all on my own. Plus losing $250 on our last nite at the Drake hotel and not being able to fly back from O hare to XNA. Had to drive 12 hours over nite being tired, stressed and with no help. Good look with my case. And I have been a loyal customer. Paul j Wiegel
