We enjoyed staying here for 1 day. The view from our room was spectacular and we regretted not checking in earlier to enjoy it. It’s a pricey place, however, so be very aware of that before arrival. The staff is also very attentive.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Swissôtel! Room was amazingly comfortable, and room service food was delicious. Their gym is one of the best I’ve seen in all my travel. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The check in was quick and efficient. Valet parking was less than any parking apps without walking a half mile..We had an awesome north east corner room facing the river and lakefront. It was the sir and water show weekend. We was able to have breakfast and watch the practicing jets buzz the shoreline and downtown.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was overwhelmingly kind and went out of their way on several occasions to be helpful. The facility is clean and bright and was perfect for a conference. My room was fresh, up-to-date, and beautiful, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back another time.

I have to say, hands down, this is the best hotel in Chicago! From the prime location to the absolutely amazing staff, everything is top-notch. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and honestly, the real-life experience is even better than what you see online. The views are just breathtaking. Honestly, I’d recommend this place over any other hotel in the city. Every stay here just keeps getting better and better. I absolutely love my experience every time, and I always choose the Swissôtel whenever I’m in town. It’s just that good!
