It was paper under my desk that wasnt mine.you had to pay for wifi, phone, movies, basically everything. It wasnt qorth 400 for 1 night by far

Very convenient location, excellent staff and nice room.

Overpriced. Very cold atmosphere. Automatic charges not explained in advance. The Palm Restaurant highly overrated. Tourist trap. Only good thing was the bed.

We were in Chicago to watch my daughter dance at a pre-game performance for the Bulls game. I could not check into my room when I got there at 4:20pm as the wait was over an hour to check in. I had to get her ready in the lobby bathroom. Whem we got back after the game it took less than 5 minutes to check in and the staff was very friendly. When we got to the room there was only one towel for a room with two double beds. We went back down stairs and requested more and never received more towels.

Great hotel...I stayed there because with Orbitz I snagged a good price. What a great deal it turned out to be...much better than I expected.

This hotel has excellent views and a great location. Rooms are spacious and the drapes are heavy so you can sleep in if you so choose.

Great hotel close to everything! Nice clean room and speedy elevators and helpful staff. Will recommend this hotel to everyone coming to visit in need of a place to stay

Beautiful hotel right by the water. The staff was friendly. I have no major complaints except that the water pressure in the shower was lacking for me.

The hotel is in a great location, and we had a wonderful view! The room itself seemed a little tired though...our door stuck and was very difficult to close, and the sink in the bathroom did not drain well. I was also disappointed that there was not a bar/lounge on an upper floor for Pennacle Members.

parking cost too much 70.00 park over nite ? for customer stays there .not right

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. No complaints except I woul suggest another towel rack if you want to have guests reuse and conserve energy. Also, I recommend some kids nd if traction on floor of ahower. People who are a little unsteady on their feet will find it uncomfortable because there’s also no bar to hold onto. My husband had no issue with the shower, so for the average person it’d be fine. The bed was super comfortable and we had a spacious room. Great view if the river too! The consierge was very helpful! Overall, great stay at a perfect location in a beautiful city!

Hotel staff was awesome with amazing views. Quite the bargain for the price!

Very poor customer service. Rooms need updating. Beds uncomfortable, air conditioning inconsistent.

Hotel was easy to find, valet parking was also painless. I was able to check in early which was a big plus. The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Conference room was very cold! Food and beverages provided were excellent.

There are so many things to mention here. The pool had a hair floating in it which made it undesirable. The room had broken lamps and door locks. The ice machines were broken. Buying drinks and snacks was very difficult. The desk staff and general staff were not competent. I cannot recommend this hotel for anyone.

Great location, hotel building is very nice. Only problem is, towel has black dot on it for some reason.

Very friendly professional and courteous Helpful willing to go the extra mile Rooms cleaned in a timely manner

I thought my room would be bigger with a city view. Wasn’t please. Then I got moved to a different room and the heater wasn’t working was the worst experience ever had to move my stuff at midnight to a different room was so disappointed just want to enjoy my days off.
