Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Location is short walk to riverfront and shops/dining. Do be aware of their $25 a day "Urban Experience" fee that we weren't aware of until we checked in. It covers Internet, $15 a day credit at the bar and $12 a day credit towards dry cleaning that can only be used each day of your stay. Not a deal breaker but something to be aware of if you're trying to stay inside a budget.

Beautiful hotel in awesome location. I felt extremely safe my entire stay and very welcome in the hotel. Obviously the staff are well selected and/or trained in hospitality - everyone was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. What a perfect place to stay for the Chicago Marathon! The early part of the race on Columbus paced right by the end of the block this hotel is built upon - seriously good luck for me!!! In addition, the weather was gorgeous so I was able to walk everywhere. If my daughter decides to run Chicago next year, will definitely revisit this lovely hotel!!! Thank you!!!
