Very tired hotel.
This hotel has an awesome vibe! There is so much gathering space or work space.. a communial kitchen..a movie theater..very cool!!
The room was dirty.
Beautiful, instagram worthy decor. But, the heat wouldn’t turn off in our room (it was at 80 when we complained and were told to “open a window” on a rainy day). The bathroom had terrible lighting at the mirror and the platform bed frame, though attractive, was a shin buster. The location was good and the people were nice, but we probably wouldn't stay there again.
Pro: The location is great! It is very close to Water Tower Place. The hotel doesn't have its own parking garage, but there are several garages nearby, which can be easily found using SpotHero. Cons: It is an old building. The room is small. The boiler broke during our stay and we didn't have hot water and the room was cold. The hotel gave us an option to move to a different hotel, but we decided to stay since it was late in the night.
Good on all counts, excellent value for money, nice atmosphere
Great location
