This resort has great activities for kids , but that's about it. Some staff were friendly, most were not. The cleanliness of the resort is minimal. I had to ask for bath towels every day. The food quality was minimal, we got sick from the food. I have previously been to four other resorts in Mexico and this one rates at the bottom.

This hotel is away from the main hotel zone. For that reason, if you want a fun resort for the whole family this is where we decided to stay. Full Service and fun environment for everyone from 2 to 40

Staff was awesome, many activities every day including dance lessons, karaoke, theater performance by staff, bike tour to nearby ruins. Kids club where you can leave the young ones for the day, my 7 year old was very happy and couldn't wait till 10 am to go there (are they open yet? Is it 10 yet?) The water park is good for smaller kids. Hotel rooms are dated and could use an update, but the activities and events more than compensated for it in our opinion. Definitely going back there!

The furniture on the hotel is to all ,air conditioner not working wood is to all to.

Old fashion typical Mexican style hotel, nothing excited. Food so so, pity much same old same old everyday. The bestselling point is the seaview as well as the beach. Good for budget travelers

The pool and the water park was amazing Tuesday night BBQ was the only meal I enjoyed during my stay, everything else needs work and I mean EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!

Our family had a great time at all ritmo. Staff and the water park were the highlights. Between the park, tennis, putt putt and other activities it was a true all inclusive. This worked out well having young kids who can't do excursions. Food varied in quality but there was always something tasty for each meal. Evening shows are mediocre but entertaining, but for the price I can't complain much. Rooms were simple and outdated. I normally don't care but we decided to upgrade to a better room after 1 night. I highly recommend spending the extra $$ to hand pick your room when you arrive. We ended up with a room on the ground floor facing the ocean and near to food which more than made up for the downsides where as our first room was isolated with no view and a fuZzy analog TV.

Hotel has good beach view and nice deck with Bar. Unfortunately rooms and food Quality is not great. Especially for Vegetarians, options are Zero. They have only one restaurant for Lunch and two for dinner. Hotel website has listed three restaurants for the dinner options, but it is only one which serve different menu each day. Reservation timings are bad (11 am to 1pm). If someone leaves the hotel for any site seeing , you will not be able to reserve for dinner. I was there for Christmas weekend. Location is away from main strip which leaves with less options to pick any tour packages. Rooms are basic and need to upgrade. Breakfast is served with lot of fruits and were able to survive. Vegetarians can't survive with their options.

This all inclusive hotel was definitely not what I expected an "all inclusive" hotel to be... 1. They don't have food 24 hours. We checked in late and were hungry and they had hard hot dogs available only... disappointing. 2. I had ordered an roll away bed with my reservation and when we go into the room it was not there. We had to ask for it and wait. 3. We ordered 4 extra pillows and we only got two. They said that they could only do one per person... 4. Main restaurant is a buffet type but is not open all day during the day. Breakfast closes at 11.30 then they open from 12.30 to 3.30 for lunch and then they re-open from 6.00 to 10.00 pm for dinner. On the afternoon they open the snack bar between noon and 6 pm and they serve nachos, burgers and hot dogs there.... needless to say the kids loved it but not so much the parents. 5. Waterpark is a little bit smaller than I expected but it was a dream to our kids, who rank it at #1 experience of their vacation 6. They open a restaurant for dinner from 7 pm to 10 pm but they ONLY take reservations from 11am to 1pm... (no flexibility at all, oh and if you happen to be out you can not make them over the phone) . no exceptions, so if you are out for a day trip or any other reason you will miss on this nicer dinner. 7. There is a reason why the do not show the beach on their pictures and we found out why.... beach is not nice there. This hotel is not in CANCUN but Puerto Juarez, which we came to learn once there, Far from everything

Check in was rushed and no information was provided on were services were located, also no one mentioned the timing for making dinner reservations, no one offered options, so we got stocked in the buffet, which was just fine, nothing special. facilities are dated and you can see maintenance is slow working on it, one they they close to make repairs in one of the areas weere they served food and no additional options were offered. room air condition was not working properly so I had to sleep without sheets so I did not had to be sweating, and 5the shower drain was clog the front desk staff was not willing to help, they seemed to be just doing their job and do not expect more the drinks are so artificial you can tell is not even a good flavor to taste, i had one golden margarita and could not even finish it. the good part is the access to the water park, thats it.

No much to say, I wish they do some renovations so their clients can be more happy with their stay.

Hotel is very old. No elevators, limited activities. Far from the amenities. Food aweful.

deceptive checkin. I booked 2 room nearby. At checkin, only had separate buildings, but far frrom full!!! only upgrade to oceanfront available, to be nearby. So, extra money, that was not planned to be spent! then, offered expensive upgrade, when I said no, then he could offer half price off each room. Not a good way to run a business! Could use more variety in buffet. Saw lots of sme foods, each day. Staff were friendly. we took a one day ChiChenitza and Cenote tour. That was very interesting.

Hotel had good service but the hotel itself was old and dirty. Food was mediocre, nothing out of extraordinary.

Staff lied to a costumer when ever I had a problem with service. I aked to speak to a manager and a front desk employee claimed to be him when at a leter time turened out to be a lie. Room flood everytime you take a shower, food was bad and cheap. Location was too far from down town and the airport. Wifi is not included and they want $30 for three days to get acces to the internet. My revervasiton iincluded internet ,but the hotel wouldn't honor it because it was booked through an outside travel agency .Over all you would be better going somewhere else , it not worth the savings, because at the long run your vacation would be ruin becuse of the poor quality.

Other than the rain, we had a great time. The staff was excellent, keeping us entertained and ensuring a great time. The water park was a blast and the highlight of the trip for my six year old, that along with the Kids Club (for crafts and movie watching on a rainy afternoon). The food was passable, lunch and dinner could use more options. We had fish prepared the same way three times and were only there four days, it could get old fast. But on a whole we were very happy with the hotel and enjoyed our trip.

good for kids, but would never go back.

nice relaxing hotel with all the amenities

This hotel is away from the main hotel zone. For that reason, if you want a fun resort for the whole family this is where we decided to stay. Full Service and fun environment for everyone from 2 to 40

right on the beach, excellent view from the room.

budget vacation

the pool and water park was the best part of this

great for family with kids. not luxury.

Our family had a great time at all ritmo. Staff and the water park were the highlights. Between the park, tennis, putt putt and other activities it was a true all inclusive. not recommended for vegetarians

kid friendly hotel in front of a bad beach!

This all inclusive hotel was definitely not what I expected an "all inclusive" hotel to be... 1. They don't have food 24 hours.
