Need renovation on the property! Very outdated! Can change the dining room chairs. They are old & heavy! But the area is beautiful & clean. Also the beach!

loved the entire hotel, everything was inclusive, excellent food, including for children. we loved our Ana, she would leave small animals composed of towels, my kids would always looke forward overynight to see what her creation was for the day. only bad thing, we stayed in a suite and there was no Wifi, we had to go to the main lobby and used Wifi from there.

It was right on the beach, and the beach had easy access for guest.

For the price I paid all inclusive I really expected a better place and better customer service the hotel is outdated and staff seems not to care about the customers. When we arrived to checked in no one seems to care the guy at the front desk was very serious and seemed like he was having a bad day or something i think that they need to make the customer welcome since the day you arrive we didn't feel that. Nothing unique about this place really, we got a double bed the beds are very small its not even a queen size very uncomfortable. Also if im paying all inclusive we shouldn't have to reserve, to have dinner if we didn't reserve exactly at 11 am you cannot have dinner unless you have reserve a table. So if we had to leave earley in the morning for a tour or something we wouldn't be able to get dinner because they don't let you reserve before 11 am thats not good at all. I wouldn't complain if It would of been a cheap place but i paid close to $300 a night so i was very disappointed overall. I wouldn't come back for sure

The property is ok. It's pretty old. They need new beds and ac units, mine made so much noise i couldn't hear myself think at times

Food was never hot. Lost a few things in rhe room. U cant swim in rhe beach. Terrible seaweed issue and water is murky

My reservations included a king bed junior suite with a pre stocked mini bar that was offered free everyday but what I got was just a standard room nope restocked mini bar no additional sitting area also we were supposed to be all inclusive no restrictions I got a green bracelet not a gold bracelet that was also not explained while making my reservations on my reservations all inclusive ment all inclusive there were no restrictions listed.

Amazing friendly, courteous and professional staff. The food was good also. My only issue was all the Ants Running around. Overall I loved it and my 1 year old seemed to be having the time of his life.

No elevators no handicap access No stroller ramps bad food etc...

Let me just say the hotel was nice a little run down. The photos were very misleading and when you entered the hotel everything seemed a little older. Majority of the staff was amazing from Alejandro at the doors to Alejandro the waiter who was the best ever !! Isley the lady who cleaned our room to perfection and then Philippe at the bar who made sure we never had a empty glass. I did have issue with Antonio at first as when we booked out room had not idea that our room would be across the way by the water park and not on the actual main resort. Only to pay an extra 240 to have our rooms changed then to call daily for one of our 2 purchased rooms to have maintenance on the air-conditioning. I think the day we left is still was not working well. Not to mention they had to exchange the tv for a smaller one. One day I went to book our dinner and said hello for the lady to tell me I need to speak Spanish only, hmmmm. Another time when I was asking for help on the air conditioner the older man never acknowledged me at the front desk. I must have waited there 10 plus minutes before me saying excuse me for him to help.
