Great place

The hotel was nice and the staff was amazing. The only issue i had was after our first day, they never provided the rooms with washcloths due to nonavailability. Plus, they need to update the furniture in the rooms, restaurants and lounges.

As a whole the staff doesn’t speak English

Our room was beautiful and the view was amazing! The staff was so so nice and extremely helpful. They had amazing dinner options for the all inclusive package and made the experience that much better.

The property was Well keep only one problem was my Spanish was not as well as it should have been. I wish more personnel could speak English like other hotels that I’ve been to in Cancun.

the beach at this property is amazing, prob the best stretch of beach in the cancun hotel zone area way better than the other side. you can walk on the beach to get the main strip with all of the clubs and shopping, resturants where all great except for the asian spot was not verry good at all and do NOT order the nuggets from the beach grill, terrible and messed up my stomach bad it was very clean and staff was great for the most part

Our first impression was not the best. We got there at 11:30 and they would not give us our all inclusive bracelet until noon. That seems ridiculous. They do not explain which restaurants are open at what times and how it all works. We were very hungry and did not get good information about what was open and what kind of food was available. They just try to get you to go to a presentation but we did not go. We had people following us around at times trying to talk to us about their presentation. Those are my three complaints. On the contrary they have the most beautiful beach that I have found so far in Cancun and I have been to several hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Also when you go in the restaurants you get treated like royalty and the managers at the restaurants and the waiters do the best they can to give you the best service. The food is awesome at The Grill- five stars. I believe the managers name is Miralbelli and she went above and beyond to make sure we were treated very well and received the best service! The room was absolutely beautiful and very clean and the elevators worked really well every single time. I would not hesitate to stay here again after my experience. It is not the most expensive hotel and in my opinion it’s worth what we paid.

I paid for all inclusive. There are only 2 bars one inside the man lobby at which is only open from 4-10pm and other bar is a Swim up bar. They are super light with the drinks. 1 shot in the cup,so you have to tell them you need 2-3 shots. Food is small portions and not a wide selection. The food is okay. There is just no places to go and eat at certain times. In the morning only one place. The restaurants don’t open until the afternoon evening time. Pull are nice beach is nice. Room service charges you about six dollars(delivery fee) every time. I paid for all inclusive so I can eat and drink when I want to but it just didn’t seem like there was any options or the timeframe just weren’t available.

The great thing about the property is the beach! Couldn’t have asked for better! The staff were exceptional except to check in and they couldn’t find our reservation for one of the rooms. It took almost two hours. The noise outside our room was extremely loud! We stayed in the tower, the view was great but there are huge generators running outside and it made going on the balcony or opening windows difficult. But we only were in the room to sleep, shower and change so it was okay. Some food was exceptional and some not very good. The mixed drinks were overly sweetened. The straight tequila was good. It was hard to make reservations at any of the restaurants except one. They gave us our “welcome packet” the day before we left which had helpful information, ask for it when you get there. Our priority was a beach close to the ocean we could swim in. We swam every day and it was delightful! We could tell the ocean further up was pretty rough on some days. I would stay there again just for the beach but I’d go out to eat more often, take ear plugs and be prepared for a very long wait to check in.

Worst place ever 5/1/21. I stayed here at the Altitude by kystal Grand Canyon for about 8 days. Let me tell you I have the all inclusive everything possible included and I still have to pay for room service which is a room service fee about $5usd (100 pesos) but if you order for more than how many people stay in your room they want to charge extra. I had friends stay here and joined me for room service and they wanted to charge $10 (200 pesos) even though we both have all inclusive. Also another day I ordered room service and I forgot the drinks and so I ordered drinks and they wanted to charge me double again($10)! It’s ridiculous I don’t recommend staying here go to Xcaret hotel Cancun much more worth it. I want to include that the staff here will continually bug you everyday to join their time-share saying it’s a free breakfast and you have coupons and discounts. Let me say DONT DO IT! I don’t like this place and do not recommend it. Food wise the only thing good is the tacos de pollo other than that there food is not great, the cheese taste nasty and I love Mexican cheese and well there chilaquiles are not great either. Food for room service gets there cold and restaurant need reservations for dinner which sucks cause their always booked or hard to get in cause they have STRICT DRESS CODE POLICIES! Prepare to wear dress shirts and pants at times too. Not great if you like wearing tank tops or sleeve less shirts with beach shorts. There’s more to this review go to google

Great location BUT since the beaches are Federal properties locals flock to this otherwise perfect place and especially on weekends the swath of beach by the water is completely covered in tents & people. And obviously all those people occupy water. On the top of that they leave tons of trash like it's not their country...

The view/location is top notch! The Altitude tower where we stayed is a nice hotel but didn't feel much like a resort. Absolutely nothing going on at the property. The lack of dining options (only 1 restaurant per night open) was disappointing. The beach had a lot of trash & plastic bits, spoons, forks, bottle caps that made it less than appealing. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The only issue was when we'd open our sliding glass door the wind would make the AC vents howl. No hooks or racks to hang wet swimsuits on was a hassle. The 'keyless' entry bracelet is very convenient.

This hotel is great, the price is worth to pay, the service, including the staff were really good.. they have delicious food and good selection of drinks.. The amenities are awesome, my favorite was the infinity pool that is for adults only! The beach was clean and had a turquoise color as the picture shows. The location is great, in hotel zone, walking distance to main nightlife attractions. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this all inclusive resort.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Altitude. The staff is very nice and willing to help. The hotel was always clean and our rooms were cleaned daily. The food and service were great. The location is right where everything is.

Hotel did not have the correct reservations when we arrived had to show prove to them that my children were also included. We had requested beachside and got beachview. Our key did not work after midnight they had us checking out the same day we checked in. We had the all included package when we order in one of our meal we waited for over two hours, after the first 45 minutes they said it was on it's way 20 minutes later they told us there was no order placed from our room. We had to place the order again after an 1 1/2 wait, ridiculous. The package we paid for included a bottle of wine which we never got and also a full mini bar every day it was never filled even after several reminders to the front desk guy (Paul) that checked us in. The other building had no a/c in the lobby and in the breakfast resturant. We will not stay there again. Great location though.
