Located in the heart of Aldea Zama - the nicest neighborhood in Tulum - Amaru is walking distance to dozens of shops, restaurants and cafes, and a short drive to the nearest beach clubs. The building has a beautiful rooftop pool, gym, sauna, movie theater, excellent security, and much more. The unit itself is a quiet and peaceful place to relax after a fun day exploring everything Tulum has to offer!

Amaru is located in the heart of Aldea Zama, the most modern, clean, and safe neighborhood in Tulum. It is within short walking distance to plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants, a quick (7 minute drive) to the nearest beach clubs, and a short drive (5 minutes) to downtown Tulum.

The crown jewel is the beautiful rooftop pool and lounge area. It's the perfect place to relax, catch the sunset, or enjoy a meal with family and friends.
