Absolutely stunning property! When we arrived, Mila was our concierge extraordinaire and set the bar of exceptional service from all staff. The property is lush, beautiful, and cozy. Mila assisted with a surprise birthday decoration in our unit; it was so lovely. The restaurants had great food. The pools were beautiful. The spa treatment was excellent. My only complaint, we had to buy a wine opener because there wasn't one at the restaurant or lobby. No biggie, we bought one at the GoMart. I will definitely book again in the future!

Nothing promised was given , staff was rude. They claimed 24/7 service and there was no service provided including towels to replenished. Missing tv’s , felt discriminated. It seemed like I had to be a white female to receive any sort of service . I regret staying here and it’s my first Orbit experience. Also they were unfamiliar with the VIP benefits and was given what felt like one of their worst rooms.

Amazing staff and the grounds are beautiful the food is off the charts. Two restaurants, the sushi restaurant has some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, and the restaurant downstairs has an amazing grilled whole fish!

This Hotel is BEAUTIFUL, built in the jungle. The scenery had me awestruck. I was so swoon by the amazing service we received, greeted with smiles, cold towels and fresh squeezed drinks to quench our thirsts (and yes it tasted good) I would revisit anytime. There are 2 restaurants on property, we almost never wanted to leave the hotel lol. We had a private room on the 4th floor, with our own pool. They were doing some construction/renovations on our floor but we’re barely noticed, it was so quite and our rooms were beautiful. The staff that showed us to our room , offered their “what’s app” contacts to assist with all questions, Paco was hands on with this he was really nice! He recommended things for us to do, good restaurants and nightclubs, he helped arrange transportation as well (they will assist at the front desk with this too) . Taxis transportation became quite pricey BE PREPARED with your funds,( (you can spend 50 USD easily for a one way trip, 20-30 min drive). if you are thinking of visiting and you are bold enough , I believe everyone would benefit and save a little from renting a car or ATV/ scooter to get around, the bulk of our money went to transportation (a group of 4) Other than that, I wouldn’t change it for the world! BOOK BOOK BOOK, you won’t regret it

The staff at this property is very rude. On our last day there was no power and they did not even give us free water. Staff asked for tips even though tip was included.

I booked room with multiple beds, but only got one king bed. The hotel did not have any extra blanket for my other guest and he has to wrapped himself in three towels on the couch because the room was freezing. Was told that breakfast included but was not when we get to the breakfast place. There was a severe lack of communication and misunderstanding between staff giving us confusing mixed messages. Please do a partial refund since we did not get the room that we booked. Thanks

We had a great 10 day stay at the Copal Tulum! Upon arrival, Evelyn and Allison greeted us warmly and walked us through the beautiful lush jungle setting to our 2 bdrm/ 3 bath villa. It was so peaceful, and you really feel the Mayan and eco/friendly vibe. We ate at both restaurants several times, the sushi was fantastic. Gabriel at the main restaurant was very kind. Our kids enjoyed the main pool (it had a shallow section for our toddler which was great). WiFi was spotty at times and we did lose power one day, but we are in the jungle in Mexico! I felt bad for the staff when this happened, as some people were so angry and rude to them. I tried to put myself in their shoes, they had to go room to room cleaning everyone’s toilets and the rooms in the dark. Overall, we had a fantastic time and will definitely come back! It was perfect for our family of 5 (3 kids) bc the rooms were large and beautifully designed. We rented a car since it’s off the beaten path. Thanks Copal!

Loved it

Copal is where you need to go for the luxury view and near the tulum strip not to far from it definitely recommend it

the room was much smaller than described on the pictures. We requested early check-in but our room was not available for almost two hours past check-in time. Other than that, everything was okay

A perfect experience, you will not be disappointed

Dear Isabel, we are very sorry that you did not feel a good welcome from us. In no case do we discriminate anyone because of their skin color, no matter if you are a white woman, an Indian, an Asian or a black woman. We deal with people, not races. If you would be so kind as to tell us exactly what happened, we would be very grateful. We leave you an email: paola@rumbahospitality.com

Dear Ami, it has been a pleasure to have you with us and, above all, that you have tasted our two gastronomic proposals. We are very pleased to have surprised you with the quality of the fish at both Kokoro, our Japanese restaurant, and Rumba, our more casual option.
