This property was amazing. The staff are all very friendly and kind, always happy to help. The swim out was definitely worth it. Food at Grotto was good. The downside was the numbers on the elevators were confusing and made it difficult to get around, the beach club is not on site so we didn’t get to go but we plan to go back

This property need better food option. There need to be an alternative buffet dinner option as well instead of only able to have dinner at a restaurant. The only restaurant that was good was the Japanese restaurant . More staff is needed as some restaurants weren’t open every night

The views were absolutely amazing and the food was to die for (especially all the staff and the chef at the Jasmine + special shout out to the guy that made the mushroom at Porto Fino. Our room was clean and gorgeous. We had the best concierge Benigno, who showed us around and made sure we always had all we needed. Will definitely be returning!

Staff were super friendly ( Estephania ( manager), Johnny ( activities ) Carlos ( rosewater restaurant) to name a few. Everyone was super friendly and ensured that we were properly taken care of. We loved everything!! Swimming in the centoes was so fun. We also bike tour that was very nice. Can’t wait to book again. We had a swim out preferred room and absolutely loved it all.
