Wow our stay was amazing! The room was beautiful, we had the corner bottom room Next to the ocean! It was a dream waking up to it and listening to the waves. Staff is very friendly and they keep the property super clean, including rooms, beach, lobby area. Breakfast food that was included in our package was basket of bread, fruit and yogurt… everything else was extra. We traveled around tulum beach mostly, we did eat dinner here once and it was ok! I would definitely recommend this hotel and yes I would come back. The location is great too! The staff really makes this place feel special..

The service was extremely poor & slow! My boyfriend & I had to ask for clean towels 3x before receiving it. We were celebrating our anniversary so my intentions were to surprise him with room decorations in which I spoke with concierge prior to arrival and once I arrived. I was promised that it would be done & it never was. HORRIBLE service! Stay at a different hotel in Tulum and stop by Tago for their shrimp & lobster.. that’s all they’re good for!

We enjoyed our stay at Coral Tulum. Staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel comfortable. The room was beautiful, clean, and up to date on the lighting fixtures and decor. Good location, near other resorts and the beach is Beautiful!
