Nice place, roof top and rooms. However, Limited selection of drinks and no available food during the day. This was low season and there are few guests but basic drinks such as more than two type of beers and some available snacks would make it better. Good value for money overall.

Easy stay

I would recommend this hotel for cleanliness and location. Centrally located to either beach Tulum or street shopping Tulum. Bike rentals or ATV rentals are accessible. We did both. Downfall is no ice unless you go up to the restaurant at top fllor and no early morning coffee provided until 8:00am when they serve breakfast. Room was super clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Great hotel for the price

Na’ala was a great place to stay. The hotel has a great pool and the property was very nice. The staff was helpful. It is located close to a few shops in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed one night at Naala Tulum. The gardens and lobby area are beautiful, and the room was nice and comfortable. Service was excellent and attentive throughout our stay. However, the little pool area needs an urgent revamp—the sofas are old and outdated, and the pool paint is cracked. For some reason, food and drinks cannot be charged to the room, which is inconvenient. The rooftop restaurant's food was mediocre compared to other options in Tulum. Overall, the hotel feels overrated and pricey given the competition in the area.

Would definitely go back in the future. Christopher was an amazing manager at the property and he went above and beyond for service for us. Only bad thing was I love hot water and there it wasn’t working. Luke warm water was the only option. Being the price, location, service, amenities offered. Rooftop pool, breakfast and more. Truly this place is a steal. Very close to everything and accessible. Would highly recommend to anyone.

The atmosphere was very warm and inviting with a lobby area with lots of comfortable seating in a bohemian jungle style. The rooms were clean and had that similar natural bohemian style.

Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, algo que realmente se valora. La ubicaciĂłn es muy conveniente, cerca de muchos restaurantes y opciones para salir. El hotel es muy bonito, con una temĂĄtica que refleja perfectamente el estilo relajado y natural de Tulum. Durante nuestra estadĂ­a hubo algo de ruido por la noche, posiblemente por reparaciones, pero en general no fue algo que afectara significativamente la experiencia. Sin duda, lo recomendarĂ­a.
