It's a beautiful hidden gem as described by others. It's perfect for a relaxing and quiet time if that's what you are looking for. Right in front of the beach. Going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was amazing. Abdel was so helpful a friendly. Arranged a packet to go to a wonderful cenote which was the highlight of my trip. He arranged a cap to take me and bring me back. I felt safe throughout my stay. The hotel is so close to the Mayan Ruins that my friend and I took a bike ride which was about 15 minutes. The staff was always attentive. If you want the nightlife you can always take a cap, it's 30 minutes away but it really does not seem long. Another perk of the hotel is the food. The Thai food is amazing and honestly, it was the best food I had while I was there even compared to other fancy restaurants in the area.
Nothing not to like! Amazing views from my terrace, great staff, good vibe!!
Excellent service ,dining and accommodations Challenge was all seaweed on beaches in this area of Tulum.

Dear Larry, Thank you for your review, we are happy you had enyoy your stay with us at Mezzanine. As you mentioned, seaweed can be a bit of a challenge some days, but the sun is still shining, the cenotes still breathtaking and the margaritas are still delicious, so there is no bad days in Tulum!
