Everyone at the front desk was very courteous. There were several rooms available at my check in so the young man at the front desk took the time to show me a few of the rooms and let me make a choice. I really appreciated that as I had never stayed at the Hacienda. I loved my room and will definitely return. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I also loved the location of this hotel.
Close to everything! Perfectly placed closed to 5a avenida but not so close to hear all the noise, or at least I didn't hear anything from my room. Staff is very nice and pleasing. Big thumbs up to Preddy? at check in. Super nice super friendly and more than willing to accommodate me and my family. I had sent a message and received a quick response from the hotel prior to my vacation days. My only con was the incident we had at check out regarding the pool towels. Someone had not properly checked in 1 towel for a day we used them and the hotel was charging us for it. In the end everything was settled. So make sure what you check out is properly checked back in. Other than that I definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is nice, clean and is located a block from the main strip and Coco bongo. The only downside is the limited parking. They only have 8 or 9 available parking spots, so if you arrive too late you'll have to find parking somewhere else.
Loved the bedding and the room temperature, nice bathtub in the bathroom, friendly staff, great pool area.
Good place, I will be coming back, everything we needed was just steps away.
The hotel is located right in the center of Playa, very convenient, but...it sits on top of the loudest night clubs in the area so at night it's very loud (and party doesn't stop till 4am). The continental breakfast is coffee, orange juice, some fresh fruit and toast with butter and jam, that's it, literally. Besides that, the whole establishment is very clean, there is a cute swimming pool in the courtyard and staff is very nice. It's a place for one or two nights stay or a great option for college spring breakers.
Overall a good stay, and will stay again. Contrary to its online description, it does NOT have any water or ocean views.

The building is lovely, like a traditional Hacienda, the ceilings are high, the pool is located in a central garden, the rooms are clean and tidy. The mattresses are hard but the pillows are confortable. Though at night the music on the street was too loud, because there is a night club 50 mts away. The room was not noise-isolated at all. I didn’t like that the check in is after 16:00 hrs. They inform in advanced but still, when you arrive to any place in the world, you wanna check in ASAP and refresh or rest after the long (or short) trip.
Las instalaciones muy bien solo un poco de más detalle en la limpieza de las habitaciones, el hotel Muy bien ubicado, tuve una mala experiencia con los q acomodan los carros x q habrieron la cajuela del carro y sacaron un equipo de snorkeling! Q obvio no lo bajaba x q en la alberca o en la habitación no lo ocuparía x eso siempre lo tuve en la cajuela del carro y desapareció!!!!!
