This is an amazing resort! It is quiet, relaxing, romantic, and all of the staff are welcoming! We stayed for 7 nights and have zero complaints. There was always a variety of foods available and even my pickiest eater found things she liked. The italian restaurant was our favorite! We booked a snorkeling tour through the Reef Marina with Matias. I would recommend any one wanting an excursion to see Matias. He was incredibly kind and great with the kids!

This is the fifth time I visited this hotel and it will now be the last. It has changed drastically! Nothing as advertised on their website. Food was the same everyday. No bacon or sausage for breakfast even though it states it on their website menu. Lunch and dinner were basically the same and was served daily. No real change. I paid premium (VIP) for the liquor that they do not serve as described on website (NO Crown Royal). The premium I paid was for Modelo beer in a can vs Modelo draft for all. No other variety! Not worth the extra money I paid. Also, the website menus for the "upscale restaurants" are not what is served! The jacuzzi is for VIP, however, small children were always in there .. jumping into the hot tub.. could not use and I was there for 8 days! Wasted money! The buffet hostess "Ana Rodrigues" was the worst and rudest staff member I have ever come across! The waiters tried to make up for that and most were courteous. HOWEVER, they were understaffed and service was very slow. The waiter name Pau was wonderful and he made an effort to make our experience enjoyable. We had booked 4 rooms for our family reunion.... all stated they would not return! Which is a shame as this had become our reunion place!

The property is ok, the bathroom from the rooms smells bad, there were mosquitos in the bedroom all the time even though we keeped the doors and windows closed. The mattress and pillows were to hard. The food in the buffet is not the best. The only thing i like about this hotel, it was the walking distance to 5 av is convenient, the animation staff were amazing and the shows in the theater.

First room we were put in smelled terrible. Moved us next day and it was much better. Unfortunately the beach has eroded terribly at the reef. Such a sad change from last summer.

Very disappointed in the food. I expected more authentic Mexican food. Disappointed that you had to upgrade to use the hot tub. No one gave us that option

It's not a huge building with an elevator, I like it's small 3 stories buildings surrounded by vegetation, nice and clean areas, the pool was nice for my baby. The beach excellent.

I love the property. It is well maintained and true to a mexican heritage. The room i stayed in 1722 was great. it was spacious and cool. the bed was very comfortable. The TV was alittle small but that is OK. The girls who cleaned the room were very good st their job. The bathtub is very slippery and maybe some mat would help. I was not given any facecloths and was told that there were none. I did get ample towels and i used a small towel as my bath mat. We were put on the second floor when I specifially asked for first floor when i booked. Itr was difficult for my husband who has bad knees.

We were there during a big storm so we couldn’t enjoy everything as much as we wanted but it was a great property with good food and drinks.

The resort itself is beautiful. Great customer service. Very relaxing and close to all the shops and bars/restaurants in La Quinta Avenida. However, the food is not the best. There aren’t many options and a lot of the times we found the food was over cooked or hard from being on the burners too long. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and didn’t want to come home.

Super nice resort, Dive staff and bartenders and waiters are as good as may be found anywhere. Show was excellent. Beach is superior. Gym is small and overused by employees. WiFi is terrible in the room better in the main areas. Over all very nice.

The property is ok, the bathroom from the rooms smells bad, there were mosquitos in the bedroom all the time even though we keeped the doors and windows closed. The mattress and pillows were to hard.
