THE STAFF: 5/5 The staff at Dreams Punta Cana are seriously the nicest people I have ever met in my life. I was amazed at how humble and friendly they were. They were so helpful, everyone always says hello. The service at the restaurants was outstanding! Gregory was our favorite waiter. He put together a very nice table with flowers, candles, & special menus for us. It was a complete surprise! THE RESORT: 4/5 The resort is gorgeous. Daily activities that change everyday, shows every night. It's hard to be bored at this resort, considering there is always something to do. The only thing I wish the resort had more of was a better night life. There is only one club, and it's not the greatest. I also wished the resort played more music at the pool and beach area, it was a little too quiet for me. They only had one live entertainer that would play after the shows for only 30 minutes (10:30-11:00 pm). We could hear loud music for other resorts, but that was about it for music. RESTAURANTS: 5/5 AMAZING food options. The Buffet was definitely my favorite and had the most food options. But the ALL restaurants were fantastic! ROOMS: 3/5 I had the swim-out pool room which we LOVED but as for the room itself, it was a little disappointing. The shower was a little weirdly constructed, causing most of the water to be on the floor instead of the tub. But since we didn't really spend much time in the room, it was fine with us. Plus the rooms were cleaned to perfection every single day!

My husband and I first vacation without the kids and we enjoyed our stay! The food was like all inclusive resorts and the rooms were a little date (which I rate it as a 4 star) but well maintained!

I did not like the bathrooms it need af good up day. Outside is beautiful but inside need new doors New bathrooms, and the rooms need a good updates.

We have stayed at Dream's Resort in Punta Cana three times now and have had the absolute best vacation every time! The resort itself is gorgeous, spacious enough that you will never feel crowded, yet you don't have to venture far for food, drinks, etc. The pool is amazing; super clean and huge! It's almost like a lazy river, you can get a float and a drink and spend the whole day in there. The beach is clean; cleaned of any seaweed every day and there are plenty of beach loungers both with and without palm huts for shade. As far as food options, there are 7 restaurants to satisfy any appetite; anything from Italian, to Japanese, seafood, Pizza, French and barbecue. There are also many bars so you can always grab a drink. There are always planned activities you can watch/join such as yoga, Zumba, beach/pool volleyball, etc. plenty of entertainment for kids, adults and all in-between. The spa is also excellent and so relaxing. There is also excellent and well-priced child care called the "Explorer's Club" where the kids participate in fun activities such as playing in the sand, walking around the resort and playing games. Last, but certainly not least the staff at Dream's Punta Cana is as good as they come. They really are the best of the best; hands down. Always pleasant and ensuring you have the best stay. From meticulous room cleaning service to the food service to the concierge desk. If you have any issues just speak to the concierge desk. Best Resort!!!

Management asked me to email them about my stay. Never got a response from them. See below copy of my email. I really don't know how to start this email. We love to stay in dreams hotels and dreams sister hotels. We had high expectations from dream hotel. But dream punta Cana came little short of our expectations. I wish I could tell you that we had unforgettable vacation I regret to inform you that we didn't Starts from the room. I book hotel room Preferred member. My reservation say room size 650sq. feet. It was not even half of the size. Room is very run down. Air condition barely work room never reach below 78f. Ants all over. Bathroom sinks clogged. Celling leaked. Mini bar never got refill all my stay. Shower no hot water called and got it fixed. Bathroom grout coming lose. Other dream hotels when I stay we always got evening amenities never got anything all our stay. And when they do turndown service also leave something on the bed. Never happen anything like. At the beach prefers area we was not welcome to stay because we was not in the list as a Preferred member. After that I never when back to that area because I didn't like to be embarrass again. Then we checked with front office. They say because we didn't fill out the guest registration card. Even thoe we did. when we checked in we have to fill it out second time. But still they didn't have our registration card when we checking out of the hotel

Nice pool that goes all around the resort so no matter what building you are in youre only a short walk to pool or its even right outside your balcony (first floor rooms only of course) the beach is also a short walk away. Though this is a nice resort very clean for the price its not worth it. Ive gone to a lot lower price resorts in punta cana with more comfortable beds and with employees who are very very attentive, polight and respectful. There were a few employees at Dreams that were rude and just asking a simple question you would get ignored or as if you were bothering them. Also getting milk for my toddler was a bit of an issue as "they didnt have much milk" other places i will get milk in my room service no questions no issues ask for it and you got it! Over all it wasnt a horrible experience its just a few things that need work.

Had fun walking the beach, the water on the beach is not the blue color you get if you go 5 miles east down the coast.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in the Honeymoon Suite. The size of the room was perfect. We had a living room, bedroom walk in closet, a private balcony with a jacuzzi, and a small dinner table. We were also members of the Preferred Club which included awesome perks. For example, king size beds on the beach, Lobster dinners, a private Preferred Club Lounge, and 24 hour service. They have a pool that stretches around the entire resort. There is a beautiful beach with small eateries available. The entire staff was amazing. They checked us on everyday to make sure that we were happy. If there was something that we asked for, and they didn't have it, they found a way to get it for us. We really loved our stay in D.R. We are already planning our next vacation there.

Everything was excellent! Special Thanks I would like to tell to two guys, Orbitz's representatives, who helped us with transportation from hotel to airport at 3:00 AM. ( our flight was at 6:AM and I was very worried). Their names are Yonatan and driver Moisly. (Excuse me, if I confused name spelling).

The food and drinks were amazing and there was plenty of it. The beach views were beautiful and there were several bars and activities at the resort. 40% of the staff were excellent and fun, the other 60% were pushy and aggressive. Several male staff members didnot understand the meaning of the word no and were continually trying to over charge you and bully you into purchasing items or packages you do not want. The men selling on the beach and on the hotel property try to do favors for you and expect things in return; money, phone number, etc. if you do not give them what they want they become angry, argumentive and give you nasty looks throughout the day. Ultimately my friend and I bit the cost of this hotel, since orbitz was not willing to allow us to transfer hotels or transportation and moved to another hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing, haggle free beach vacation this would not be the hotel for you.

This resort is amazing. It has a huge pool right outside of everyone's room. There's also a beautiful beach further down that you can walk to. The food was okay but the drinks were amazing. I would definitely go again!

This hotel is located a little far from the airport. The staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure it is clean and guests are satisfied! It is a large facility; however, an easy walk to the beach thru the pool area. If you are bored, it's your own fault! They have many activities all day long on the beach and at the pool that you can join or not. Pool is beautiful with floating rafts available. It is a wonderful place to relax.

Food- not a tremendous variety but good nonetheless Drinks- generous, no waiting Rooms- dated, virtually no AC, moldy smell Lobby- nice Spa - nice Service- friendly and helpful Beach and Pool- great

Big party of 21. Had excellent service. Lost and found was awesome. Calls for service at front desk were answered and taken care of within minutes. Food great, poolside service amazing. Daily fruit stand scrumptious! Resort grounds always being cleaned and manicured. Employees always speak and work hard at making stay excellent!

Great time just air conditioning was a problem. But would try it again. The all inclusive was great. No lines anywhere and they had great shows.

the resort is beautiful. my only two complains would be the actual beach area, the water was not crystal clear very sandy and full of the seed weed, they should of cleaned it, also the lack of motor sports by the beach… its a perfect retreat for anyone in their 20's not very good for family with children.

The staff couldnmt have been any kinder. The grounds of the hotel property, including the beach, were well kept and modern. The rooms however were not. We switched rooms 2 times due to an overwhelming smell of mold coming from all vents in the room. Our final room had two full beds ( our reservation included a queen or king), multiple holes in the walls, and a non working bathroom fan (bathrm had a faint order entire time but we overlooked that).

I love this hotel. I stayed years ago in an iberostar group and this was nicer.

best vacation every time we visit

We have stayed at Dream's Resort in Punta Cana three times now and have had the absolute best vacation every time!
