Had fun walking the beach, the water on the beach is not the blue color you get if you go 5 miles east down the coast.

Encantados con el hotel toda las personas muy amables recomiendo este hotel .fue nuestra primera vez en punta cana con mi esposo y ya el otro año queremos regresar

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in the Honeymoon Suite. The size of the room was perfect. We had a living room, bedroom walk in closet, a private balcony with a jacuzzi, and a small dinner table. We were also members of the Preferred Club which included awesome perks. For example, king size beds on the beach, Lobster dinners, a private Preferred Club Lounge, and 24 hour service. They have a pool that stretches around the entire resort. There is a beautiful beach with small eateries available. The entire staff was amazing. They checked us on everyday to make sure that we were happy. If there was something that we asked for, and they didn't have it, they found a way to get it for us. We really loved our stay in D.R. We are already planning our next vacation there.

Everything was excellent! Special Thanks I would like to tell to two guys, Orbitz's representatives, who helped us with transportation from hotel to airport at 3:00 AM. ( our flight was at 6:AM and I was very worried). Their names are Yonatan and driver Moisly. (Excuse me, if I confused name spelling).

The food and drinks were amazing and there was plenty of it. The beach views were beautiful and there were several bars and activities at the resort. 40% of the staff were excellent and fun, the other 60% were pushy and aggressive. Several male staff members didnot understand the meaning of the word no and were continually trying to over charge you and bully you into purchasing items or packages you do not want. The men selling on the beach and on the hotel property try to do favors for you and expect things in return; money, phone number, etc. if you do not give them what they want they become angry, argumentive and give you nasty looks throughout the day. Ultimately my friend and I bit the cost of this hotel, since orbitz was not willing to allow us to transfer hotels or transportation and moved to another hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing, haggle free beach vacation this would not be the hotel for you.

This resort is amazing. It has a huge pool right outside of everyone's room. There's also a beautiful beach further down that you can walk to. The food was okay but the drinks were amazing. I would definitely go again!

This hotel is located a little far from the airport. The staff are very friendly and work hard to make sure it is clean and guests are satisfied! It is a large facility; however, an easy walk to the beach thru the pool area. If you are bored, it's your own fault! They have many activities all day long on the beach and at the pool that you can join or not. Pool is beautiful with floating rafts available. It is a wonderful place to relax.

Food- not a tremendous variety but good nonetheless Drinks- generous, no waiting Rooms- dated, virtually no AC, moldy smell Lobby- nice Spa - nice Service- friendly and helpful Beach and Pool- great

Big party of 21. Had excellent service. Lost and found was awesome. Calls for service at front desk were answered and taken care of within minutes. Food great, poolside service amazing. Daily fruit stand scrumptious! Resort grounds always being cleaned and manicured. Employees always speak and work hard at making stay excellent!

Great time just air conditioning was a problem. But would try it again. The all inclusive was great. No lines anywhere and they had great shows.

the resort is beautiful. my only two complains would be the actual beach area, the water was not crystal clear very sandy and full of the seed weed, they should of cleaned it, also the lack of motor sports by the beach… its a perfect retreat for anyone in their 20's not very good for family with children.

The staff couldnmt have been any kinder. The grounds of the hotel property, including the beach, were well kept and modern. The rooms however were not. We switched rooms 2 times due to an overwhelming smell of mold coming from all vents in the room. Our final room had two full beds ( our reservation included a queen or king), multiple holes in the walls, and a non working bathroom fan (bathrm had a faint order entire time but we overlooked that).

I love this hotel. I stayed years ago in an iberostar group and this was nicer.

Beautiful grounds. Huge 3' deep pool. Excelente staff eager to please guests. Most staff and visitors speak English. Good food no bad or great food. Comfortable beds, but room is ready for update (original telephones inoperable some light switches were inoperable light fixture loose on wall ceiling light had no globe stubborn sliding door needs new rollers).

Beautiful grounds, Excellent Service, Friendly staff! Food and drinks were plentiful, check-in was very quick. We choose the swim out room, and it was a great choice for us! First time in the Dominican and we are looking forward to our next trip!

This was our second time staying at this resort in Punta Cana. We were not disappointed. Let me first complain about the island. Our first trip to the D.R. was 3 years ago, the airport was small and quaint the main road to the resort was unpaved and bordered by cows and open plains. Fast forward 3 years... The airport is expanding and undergoing major construction. The road to the resorts is now paved, not a negative but, on the roadside now you gaze out to view Denny's Subway and under construction, a major shopping mall. I can see that being a excursion in the future, Let's go the the mall. That being said, Dreams does not disappoint. We arrived early, around 2pm, on a Sunday, checked in immediately and were shown to our swim-out room. Swim-out is the way to go at this resort, worth the extra money! We received our luggage quickly, walked out our balcony and into the pool. WiFi has improved and is now available throughout the resort, although it is spotty. Best service is at the lobby but I did not go away expecting or wanting to stay conected to the outside world. LOL. The staff was all incredible, in their own brand, they were Excellente, and they truly were. The water activities at the beach are plentiful and included. There were plenty of kayaks, both singles and doubles, available. A ton of open lounge chairs on the beach, a plus because you do not want to be laying in the sand, it sticks everywhere. We had eaten at all the restaurants for dinner with the exception of the French. Just didn't get to it. Hibachi, manned by Antonio, was fantastic. You must try the grouper. Steakhouse and Italian were both good. Oceana, the food was okay, a little overcooked and dry but, if you're drinking like we were, it goes down just fine. Barwise, David and Fredy, our faithful servers at Barracuda were Happy, Happy all the time and never missed a beat. The swim up bar had a longer wait for drinks but, your in a pool, on vacation, waiting for a drink. Get over it, life could be worse. LOL. Overall the resort gets two thumbs up from us!!! We spent a great week, met some incredible people and had ourselves an incredible vacation. Now for my minor complaints, which incidentally, may not be expeirienced by others... our door lock broke, twice. The second time it happened the whole door assembly had to be replaced. Total lost time, two hours. Not a deal breaker. My other complaint was that our mini-bar was not refilled daily. You need the bottled water in it for night time thirst quenching. A simple phone call would rectify it though. The front desk would dispatch someone who was at your door in five minutes. I would certainly recomend, and already have, Dreams Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a great, stress-free vacation in Punta Cana. It is a must do! Although I have no plans on returning to Punta Cana, I fear I may find South Florida my next time, BUT... Dreams has resorts throughout the Carribean and I will definitley stay with them again. Two for two with positive results!

We were in total awe upon arrival. The lobby decor was exquisite, the staff throughout our whole stay was friendly, and courteous. I attend the wedding of my niece. What a Beautiful presentation. I'm looking forward to returning .

The stay was nice but had a lot of issues with room safe and room door lock had to call maintenance several times to get them fixed.

We had a great time at Dreams Punta Cana. The Entertainment Team was fantastic! They really got us involved in so many fun activities! My favorite was dancing in the Plaza every night. Ernesto, Ana, Franklin, Samuel (aka Sammy Sosa), Santo (aka Eddie Murphy), Yolenni, and 'Banana' were all awesome and made us smile and laugh the whole trip! I had tears in my eyes when I had to leave all these newfound friends! The beach was awesome and we loved relaxing on the loungers. We also had great service by Adrian and all the bartenders in the Preferred Club lounge. Our favorite waiter was Jose in the World Cafe, he always greeted us with a huge smile and gave us excellent service! Overall we had a great experience!

Hotel was the best . Up grade to a jazzu suite. Shows and staff 1st class hotel . Food , liquor top shelf . Beach beds were very nice. Watched sunrise. Beautiful!!!!!
