We enjoyed our stay, but we were not satisfied with our room. Our balcony view overlooked the employees' parking lot, which was noisy at all times. I've noticed that every time we book a room through Orbitz, we end up with the worst accommodations. We're considering contacting the hotel directly for our next reservation to inquire about pricing. Additionally, the $500 voucher was misleading. We were only allowed to use $15 or $20 for amenities, which is disappointing and does not align with what was initially promised regarding the voucher.

This property is huge. A great place for an all inclusive stay. They goofed up on one of our reservations an our son and his family (4 total) didn't get the room that I booked. They only had one bed. The hotel brought in a roll-away bed and one of the kids slept on the couch.

It was a ver good hotel. We just didnt like that for an ALL INCLUSIVE, it only has the option of being either at the pool or the beach or in your room. No more amenities.

We had a truly amazing time staying here. We enjoyed the food, pools, bars and beach. For birthdays they offer a package to decorate the room as a suprise and it was well worth the money. The sunsets were breathtaking.

The resort is not bad. The grounds are well kept. The hotel lacks service. There is no pool side services nor room service which is unlike any hotel in PV. When you are pool side, you sort of have to chase the bartender on wheels to get your drink.

I liked the beauty of the grounds. I've stayed at Riu Hotels before. This particular Riu was not up to par especially when compared to Cancun's. The staff was not prepared for the sold out week. It took 1 1/2 hour to receive sheets for our pull out bed as we received a one King and pull out couch instead of the requested double bedroom (which we were ok with, we are a go with the flow family). We had to request EVERYTHING from silverware to refills of water. I was told that yes they had lattes at the bar near the entrance, but they were closed and I could get one myself. My meal's eggplant still had the sticker on it. If a complaint was made (I heard others) they asked for your room number and marked it down without fixing the issue as well as being told, because you booked through Expedia it's not our issue. We had one server who was great, he received generous tips that we were prepared to hand out as we received above and beyond service in Cancun also through Expedia.
