It was great family friendly property which is very peaceful and quiet with amazing pools and water park. We really enjoyed the food .. especially buffet. Wish there’s some kind of laundry available. The staffs were Awsome too.

Beautiful property, lots of walking but also lots of transport on golf carts, those guys were great. I had rented a car and the valet guys were great too. Actually ALL the staff were great, very accommodating. Food was a mix, sometimes really good sometimes meh. Always good salad and little desserts. 2 buffets, one mexican, one italian and a taco truck with handmade tortillas right there. Only complaint was my room felt old and dirty in places even though I know it had been cleaned. The view was beautiful though and the bed was super comfy so I didn't care as much, but really they should replace the couch.

La atención en el resort es excelente en general, por supuesto nos encontramos con algunas personas que no nos recibieron tan bien, pero queremos reconocer a los mejores. The resort was unique however needs maintenance in many areas, both inside and out. There is only one restaurant to book at and reservations are limited— we were only able to eat there once due to reservation restrictions. The buffet was okay but the novelty wore off quickly.

The property itself is beautiful and the mountain location feels really unique and peaceful. I enjoyed the sense of seclusion and being surrounded by nature. Just keep in mind that getting to the beach takes a bit of time, so it’s not as close as the photos might make it seem. Be sure to read through the amenities so you know what to expect. If you’re looking for a relaxing mountain escape, this place is a great choice!

The concept is great, unfortunately the food choices/ quality are not worth what you're paying for, another downside is that they are understaffed and it affects every aspect. The beach club itself is not bad, but the beach is horrible plus there's a creek that runs by it and feels dirty.
