This is a beautiful, ocean front, 6th floor condo in coveted Nuevo Vallarta with 180 degree ocean view in the middle of Banderas Bay. Newly upgraded with contemporary furnishings and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 5 with 2 1/2 bedrooms and 3 baths. Full terrace with outdoor furniture and a built-in outdoor grill. Incredible infinity pool and hot tub on the property directly overlooking the ocean with numerous palapas on the beach. DON'T MISS THIS ONE!!!!

Amazing Condo in Nuevo Vallarta

We stayed for a week at this condo located in Ocean Terrace and we highly recomended for anyone who wants to take a vacation or work with a wonderful view of the ocean. Ocean Terrace is the best property on Nuevo Vallarta. It´s very exclusive, well maintained, not overcrowded and built in front of the beach in a way that always gets incredible views. It has security in all the property. Phill´s condo has everything a family needs to have a good time. The terrace has a well equipped grill, a table for multiple uses (we played CATAN everynight there) and a comfy couch for reading or resting watching the sunset. The bedrooms are very nice, have enough space and everything needed to be comfortable. If you like to cook, the kitchen has all the appliances needed for almost anything. For entertainment, there are enough Tvs, board games and also things for kids to play at the pool and the beach. Fabiola, the condo manager was also very kind to help us in any questions we had. Thank you Phill, you have a great condo. We hope to go back again. Cristina Fortuny

Lovely place overlooking the ocean and infinity pool!!

Pictures posted by Owner are exactly what this condo looks like. You will not be disappointed. Location is great for walking distance to a variety of restaurants, markets, a mall, and by taking a short cab ride, you can access larger type shopping food centers and Costco. Very clean and comfortable condo, well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make an awesome meal. The large BBQ on deck, is a nice added feature - is clean and works well. There is an abundance of beach towels, extra bedding, pillows, blankets and towels. Our family had a wonderful time!
