Need my money back for this reservation because the property was closed because of the gas leak
Staff was very friendly & linens were all clean. However it’s not located in a good area, it smelled like weed as soon as you step in, and the room smelled moldy/musty. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport & had a garage for parking, but when I arrived, they didn’t have any parking available (which spawned other issues I then had to deal with). Very friendly staff, but no restaurant, breakfast, etc and you could hear guests on other floors.
It was great staff was very hands on.
I noticed the review of the hotel on web site is Good. But this is not the truth soon as I arrived at the hotel. I was very disappointed ! I cancelled the Booking immediately. And it ends I don't get the Refund ! Not a cent of Refund !

They claim that this is a 100% smoke free hotel but as soon as you walk thru those doors, you can instantly get a whiff of the cigarette smoke. Wasn't planning on staying long enough to use their gym so I dont know about that, but the room was disappointing...there was hardly any space. They tried to fit the office chair inside but it blocked access to the other side of the bed which was not practical or functional. The toilet clogged...and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste or shower cap in the room, but again, I didnt stay too long to care and ask for them. The room was cold which made it uncomfortable...tried to put up the heat but the unit kept blowing cool air. Oh yes and worst part is they just make the beds. They dont change the sheets or take out trash when they have new guest. My other biggest concern were the people. There were a lot of sketchy people which didnt make me feel like it was a hotel for families. Lastly, they offered breakfast as an amenity [which really and truly your paying for] but they are quick to shut off the drink machines when you go for seconds. Only good part was the shower and the tv. Mediocre hotel & im not staying here ever again!
There were no parking spaces left only about a dozen cars can have parking. I had to park a couple blocks away. It is suppose to be smoke free and the halls and elevator smelled like weed. The bathroom in my room smelled of cigarettes. Pleople were nice at check inn.
