Friendly and helpful staff. Lobby is beautiful, clean and it smells great. Location is perfect.

Great location with easy access to the subway. It’s nice and quiet at night with very little street traffic.

I specifically looked for a handicap accessible room for my stay. It was handicap accessible if you can carry your luggage by yourself, you can open doors by yourself, you can navigate elevators by yourself. When looking for a hotel this hotel said nothing about two separate entrances, no luggage Buddy, no valet parking, they really need to be more accurate at what they’re offering

Great hotel for the price. the only downside is the location is (relative to the rest of lower Manhattan) a little less interesting. But I'd book again without hesitation if I wanted to be in Wall Street again.

great property in the heart of DC. Its the old W in DC so the rooms are gorgeous, the rooftop is a vibe. Great all around stay

Husband and I got a night out while parents watched the kids in Brooklyn. Easy check-in, great property, huge rooms for NYC hotel, great views (if you pay the extra $20 or so for a higher level floor, which I highly recommend), wonderful employees, occasionally loud neighbors but you can’t really control that and they weren’t that bad. Would definitely stay here again!

When we arrived early from the airport, we could not check in the hotel because rooms were not available yet. That part was ok because most hotels don’t have early check in anyways. What was terrible is that they don’t have a bag hold service. This ruined my entire plans as I was only staying for a day. I was counting on the hotel to hold my bags while I walked around the city and same before catching my flight the following day in the afternoon. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Room was not clean

Is under renovation but has perfect location, amazing views, cordial staff, clean rooms. There’s no valet parking. An lack of amenities. But nowadays my priorities are price, clean , location and nice staff.

The elevators were broken the week of Thanksgiving 2021 so I had to weave around the 5th floor to take a freight elevator to my room. Everything appears to a work in progress as the room phones don't work, no internal bar or coffee shop is open, they're only cleaning the rooms once every 3 days etc, the carpet is old and disgusting etc. That said, the location and view from my room was fantastic and if they would invest a little in maintenance the hotel could really be appealing

I booked a reservation for 2 rooms and we were double charged for a room and the price of the rooms tried to contact the hotel and it takes me to the mailbox. Our room also had no towels, took 2 hours to get some. We also found a broken beer bottle in the mini bar. It was overall disorganized, I am still wondering if someone will contact me about my overcharges.

location, view, free coffee and price was reasonable

They were supposed to call when our room was ready - they didnt. They didnt clean our room so I asked the front desk in person to get that done - they didnt. Would never stay here again.

The restaurant and several amenities were under renovations. The room was small and slightly cramped. The bathroom was very nice. Everything was clean and had a nice view.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We arrived before our check in time and they had our room ready for us anyway. The room was beautiful and had a great view. There was complimentary water and many other things to choose from, even though we didn't take advantage of them. We also had a great location away from too much hustle and bustle, but still close to a metro.

The decor in the lobby areas and the elevators the Lobby and the elevator has more decorative decor then the rooms
