Beautiful property with excellent staff. Rooms were nice but small as expected in the city. We were offered some benefits when we checked in. The location wasn’t convenient for me and that is the only reason I wouldn’t stay again.

Im rating it a 3 as its not a 4 star hotel as listed. The photos are not accurate, its a small hotel hidden on a street far from any amenities. Lobby is very cold and the bar service is really bad. The elevator was not an option as it was always busy with cleaning carts and employees. Stairs were a better option. Rooms do not allow u to unpack, as there are no drawers or closets. We lived out of our bags. Bed was comfortable and heating was very good. The facility was kept clean and the staff were friendly. I have an issue with the rating.
