Hotel older and looks like it. Clean but not enough light in the hallways and a bit "creepy" as my wife put it.

Arrived late, the front desk could not find my reservation, never mind that I had a paper copy that I handed them. The lady at the front desk was no help at all. She recommended that I contact Orbitz and get it straighten out. I told her I did not bring a computer and ask her to call to see what happen. She refused and told me this kind of stuff happens all the time and it was not her problem. Eventually with the managers help it got straighten out. Terrible start to my trip to Chicago.

Nice breakfast , friendly staff, Convenient for back-and-forth airport

Overall nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to airport shopping and restaurants

This hotel was about an 8 minute free shuttle ride from O'hare with shuttles going every 30 minutes. The rooms and lobby were nice, clean and well-kept, although the hallways were a little shabby. It was fine, though and is a perfect inexpensive option for a night when traveling.

Great room, reasonably rates, very comfortable bed, clean room and good breakfast. Breakfast does cost. Second time staying there, very helpful staff

Excellent staff, very clean room, very comfortable. Great shuttle to the airport.

Very good place clean and comfortable ,nice people and good services

While the physical building appears a little older, the inside is clean and refreshed. The rooms have sleep number beds and are quite comfortable. Bathroom supplies and towels were abundant. Free WiFi was great and speed good. Free bottles of water in room upon arrival. Did not eat at the facility, so I cannot rate this. The only downside was the trains that come through. We could hear them from our room (4th floor). Close to All-State Arena, Targets and a good selection of dining and shopping establishments. Easy access to O'Hare whether driving or taking the hotel shuttle. Overall - I would recommend this is hotel when staying in the area..

Clean, minimalist setting, with great comfort and the best breakfast buffet I have seen that is included with the room. Good workout facility. We spent four days there and were very happy. Close to the highway for easy access to Chicago and airport. Plus near the Rosemont outlet mall.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. 24 hour shuttle to the airport was very convenient. Breakfast was nice.

Quiet despite being close to the airport. Staff helpful and everyone was friendly.

Although the Hotel was convenient for my purposes and clean and comfortable, on my second stay I found the staff to be very curt and neutral in trying to be pleasant and at one point felt they were being interrupted by my presence at check in.

Very reasonable price; good breakfast; no complaints with the room; staff were very friendly and helpful! I would stay here again anytime.

Quiet, decent breakfast, comfortable bed close to transportation and roads, clean facility and pleasant staff.

Great hotel. Don't let the location fool you! You can drive into the downtown area everyday via a rental. Museums have parking. Other than that, the L is an hour to an hour and a half trip, one way! Uber can get expensive. Friendly staff and adjustable beds. Love Chicago!

If you need a place to stay before your flight out of O'Hare this is an excellent option! Super clean rooms! Around the corner from the airport. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and most car rental return locations are only a few minutes away. Plenty of FREE parking!

Paid for 2 queens sleep number beds I got 2 full hard mattress no fridge then was over charged more then what i booked for.....

We had no advance notification of the transition from Radisson to Wyndham, which took place the day before our stay, and circled the property several times looking for the no-longer-existent Radission. Fresh paint on hallway corridors was irritating, and there were not enough luggage carts to go around. The check-in personnel were new and unaccustomed to some aspects of the check-in, and could not give good directions to the airport. On the positive side, rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Perhaps in acknowledgment of the transition and related inconvenience, we were offered 1 free drink per person and a complimentary hot breakfast including omelettes to order.
