Wyndham Chicago O'Hare

If you need a place to stay before your flight out of O'Hare this is an excellent option! Super clean rooms! Around the corner from the airport. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and most car rental return locations are only a few minutes away. Plenty of FREE parking!

Paid for 2 queens sleep number beds I got 2 full hard mattress no fridge then was over charged more then what i booked for.....

We had no advance notification of the transition from Radisson to Wyndham, which took place the day before our stay, and circled the property several times looking for the no-longer-existent Radission. Fresh paint on hallway corridors was irritating, and there were not enough luggage carts to go around. The check-in personnel were new and unaccustomed to some aspects of the check-in, and could not give good directions to the airport. On the positive side, rooms were clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Perhaps in acknowledgment of the transition and related inconvenience, we were offered 1 free drink per person and a complimentary hot breakfast including omelettes to order.

This is a no frills hotel. It's slightly cheaper than the others around it that offer more amenities, but not worth the savings if you like comfort or are staying more than a night or two. I booked on Orbitz which said they had microwaves and fridges in the rooms. Turned out that only a few rooms have them and you have to know to specify for them. That said, they very pleasantly changed us to a room with a frig. The frig we ended up with was very small. No free breakfast. They sell some pop and snacks in the lobby, but we couldn't find any vending machines on our floor. Free shuttle only goes to the airport. They had a single serve coffee maker in the room, but the coffee was not drinkable. (Really, really bad). And they didn't have any other coffee available. It is under renovation (which is a good thing) so you are constantly ducking workers and wet paint signs. The 1st and 2nd floors smell musty. The beds are terrible. They are sleep number beds, but the only setting seemed to be "Hard as a Rock". Most of the clientele appeared to be international airline flight crews. Which explained why the TV included Asian and Spanish channels.

Due to on going refurbishment it is hard to rate the hotel, but staff were very pleasant, room fine and breakfast good. i would stay there again.

I choose this hotel based both on the location and the fact that it was a Radisson which is a name I trust. I've stay at well over 75 different radissons and even had my wedding reception at one. This was by far my worst experience. Rooms were cramped and outdated. Hotel smells musty. At check in, the front seat person allowed me to stand there for about 15 minutes holding my luggage without even acknowledging me while she tended to various things at her station. There are TONS of options in that area next to one the largest airports in the world. I will not be returning to this one

A nice location near the airport and the Allstate Arena. The hotel was very nice although we were really only there for the overnight before a basketball game, and did not try the amenities. I would dfinitley stay there again.

Only stayed one night waiting for my connecting flight but it was comfortable and conveniently located.

The sleep number bed was very poor, it's like a camping air mattress, and cause me 3 night of bad sleep and a sore lower back and neck. The room was replenished with items I did not use and not the things I did.

Close to the airport and dependable shuttle. Treated very nice with quality room. A little more than I like to pay but there is some value added with what they offer.

A pleasant stay. Nice housekeepers, van drivers, breakfast hosts. I love being able to open the sliding glass door and have access to fresh air. Many hotels don't have that benefit anymore. Clean laundry facilities for guests. I stay there for work sometimes. They treat me better as an airline employee than as a regular guest.

Check in simple. Staff ok. Room, as described. Bed linens were not fresh.

OK for business trip.Have restaurants and Target near by.

Great for an early flight. Longhorn Steakhouse is a very reliable place for good value food and beverage without frills.

Hotel is decent. Booked at the last minute and I got a nice deal and it was in the location I needed. Found some hair from previous guest in the bed on the sheets. So that was a major turn off. The rooms look somewhat remoded but the hall and elevators are still old abd scarey

Excellent to use as an overnight at O'Hare, good shuttle to and from. Breakfast available

Clean rooms, good staff, and close to O'Hare. Sleep number beds are nice.

The front desk gave us the wrong room # the first time, then when we got into the correct room, the supposedly non-smoking room smelled overwhelmingly like cigarette smoke. After we went down to the front desk a 3rd time to request a room we could breathe in, they apologized and we also received a complimentary drink at their bar. The bar tender made good drinks, and we slept in very comfortable beds that night. The room we stayed in was slightly above what I was expecting for a 3-star hotel, with ample room to relax in chairs or take a shower.

We stayed at this hotel because my boyfriend was running in the Chicago Marathon. We didn't want to stay and pay Chicago prices so we picked this hotel which was really close to the airport. Everything about the hotel was great except for the bed. It had to be the most uncomfortable bed my boyfriend and I both have ever slept in

Shuttle was on time, staff was friendly and nice, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Sorry for the inconveniences experienced while staying with us as we have certain rooms with and without sleep number beds which is based on a request that cannot always be honored if we do not have anymore rooms with sleep beds available. Fridges have never been included in our rooms and is not listed on the website as an amenity, we only have a few of them on the hotel premise and are based on availability.
