The bed was very comfortable which is important, but the noise was too much for me. The HVAC sounded like a steaming teapot and the plumbing sounds like a stove igniter. This went on all night long and prevented me from getting the sleep I needed.

Not what I expected the place to look like. Not nice and it was very lonely didn’t feel comfortable leaving our car on the side of the building so we left it up front where it was actually lit up. Don’t think I would go back

The staff was extremely rude. The guy who checked me in wouldn't even look at me when he spoke to me. It was like he was done with me the second I walked up. There was no one staffing the café in the morning, so I couldn't get a seat/meal. There were several people seated, but no food. This was at 8:00 in the morning.

Parking not good with construction and the rooms had no microwave

The staff was amazing! Couldn’t be more pleased. The manager (Patty) and front desk guy (Ryan) went over and beyond for us. They helped us make sure my son had a place to rest his head when he missed his flight back to his base in colorodo, due to flight delays. He was alone in a city he didn’t know and I was supper anxious. Couldn’t have ask for better people to have to deal with.

Needs some updating overall was okay hallway smelled bad

It doesn't look promising on the outside, surrounded by parking lots and busy streets, but inside it was fine for a night's stay. Clean sheets (both of them!), towels, great shower, very clean room. Some noise penetrates the thin walls, but we had a noise machine to block it out. Bar very nice and congenial. Good pours on wine.

It was a very clean hotel. Also, we liked the breakfast.

No comment everything was ok only thing was the construction.

Good location, near are several food options. Bathroom was outdated, but there clear towels and plenty of them. Room was a good size, comfortable beds. Carpet was not is clean as we hope, but not too bad.

I liked that it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle at 5 in the morning.

The room was very clean! Keep up the good work. I will be back. Thanks

We had a room on the second floor which none of there ice machines worked which was kinda frustrating. A lot of construction around the property. Coming in late a couple of the nights it felt pretty safe but didn't stick around too long outside to find out. The hotel lobby is pretty but once you get into the hallways you can tell it's very outdated (which I think they are working on that) the rooms are clean balcony had some structural thing going on with the top of it. The only thing I didn't like was these 20.00 per day authorization holds they put on my credit card which I wasn't informed on either way it worked out. Also checking out when I looked at my receipt I noticed 2 breakfast vouchers were charged on my receipt which I never ordered any of those and the lady at the front desk wanted to argue about it. The ONLY reason why she took it off was another employee was walking past and overheard us talking about it and informed her that a guy called up to the front desk and informed him he gave the wrong room number. Which I think if he didn't I would have ended up paying for something I didn't even get. So obviously a lack of communication or just not fixing the problem when it happened I have no idea so if you chose to stay here please make sure you check your reciepts!!!
