As a family of 4 with two kids we really enjoyed this resort. The suite was beautiful and the pools were perfect. All the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach isn’t huge but is nice. We spent most of our time poolside on comfortable lounge chairs. Fresh towels always available. We went during spring break which was busier so we did have to get out and get our pool chairs early. Reservations for the main restaurants are also required so plan accordingly. We didn’t have a reservation for one and were still able to get it by simply going to the restaurant and seeing if there were any “no shows”. Music is played the entire day at the pools. We enjoyed it but some people may not if they want quiet. The resort also starts playing zen spa music at 7am. That was fine for us but if you want to sleep in you may hear it. Food was better than many “all-inclusives”. DAO the Chinese restaurant was the best in our opinion. Bring cash to tip all the staff! They work hard! We would definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived the experience was grand. greeted with a cooling towel and wine, check in quick and easy, resort is gorgeous, rooms were clean with an amazing view of the ocean. we did have a hiccup with getting our butler within the 24 hour period however once fixed the butlers were on top of it, it also did rain during our stay and the elevators were leaking water pretty bad which caused them to be put out of service which was an inconvenience for about 2 days but again the crew was working on getting it fixed asap it was just a hassle to walk to the other end of the resort to get to the 3rd floor then walk back to the other end to access our room.

Gorgeous resort, with fantastic food and drinks. The staff and service was wonderful, and pools were warm! Beach is nice, but not pretty blue like the hotel zone. 10/10 vacation!

The property is nice but staying there feels just like a sells pitch to buy into the timeshare. I know they don’t call it a timeshare but that’s what it is. It’s just purchasing points for Right to use. It’s also very frustrating to be at a all inclusive resort where you have to sign a receipt for everything you get at any bar or restaurant. If you want one drink at the bar you have to wait five minutes for them to print out a receipt so you can sign it. Drinks were good sometimes. It depended on the server. I wouldn’t go back. There are places just as nice without all the sells pressure for better prices.

Everything is a tip or they won’t serve you. At check checkout they hit you with a bunch of fees never informed about.

Beautiful property, spotless and well-groomed. The staff were friendly and kind, and always attentive. The contemporary feel of the grounds made every day feel dramatic in the best way.
