Perfect location but the rooms are so small. No refrigerator in the rooms. Also the bathrooms are terrible. All glass doors and no privacy to go to the bathroom with privacy. Loved this hotel for the location and the cleanliness but probably won’t stay again because I want privacy while using the bathroom and showering and no refrigerator made it so I was forced to eat out and spend more money.

This hotel is perfect for a short vacation where you are not going to be in the hotel too much. It is a very small room with no microwave and the fridge is about 1 foot tall upon request. The shower and toilet room have clear nonsoundproof doors not ideal for privacy. The room itself is clean and has 1 bathroom mirror and 1 full-body mirror. The TV was confusing and not too many options. The lights were cool but hard to find. Bed comfortable. The hotel bar is amazing and the location of this hotel is almost worth the money. Strip is amazing.

Delightful except I could never gain internet access. Even with hotel’s help it never became available.
My window was broken and would not fully close. I am on the 7th floor in 721. Maintenance came. He "fixed it so it would not let it not noise from the street but it still does not lock. Then I was woken up by the noise from the street again at around 2AM today. I did not touch the window since he "fixed," it. Low tech T.V. remote in this high tech space, Dirty stained carpet in the hallway, and a broken water machine. Way too much money spent for this to be my experience.
Right on the main strip so convenient to the seaport and walkable to many types of dining options but very loud, especially on the weekends. Very small rooms, transparent glass walls around the toilet makes it difficult to use the facilities.
Location was great. Walkable to the downtown area and/or easily accessible to the T. Lots of great places to eat only blocks away. Convenient that a TJs was next door.
