The location is nice, close to the subway station and Chinatown. Most of the staff were nice and friendly. The room looks old and it’s so small, not enough space to hang the clothes. The shower and hair products were the worst ever in this planet, my skin feels irritated after the shower.

My go to place when I stay in Boston. Clean, friendly, and accommodating. Great location.

Great location with easy access to Boston Common and trains. Rooms are small, but that is to be expected for the city. Very clean and courteous.

Nice and clean . Room was really small and bathroom as well , but it was clean.

Nice location and close to all the downtown theaters. Walking distance to the popular South End neighborhood as well.

Pluses: very walkable to theaters, Common/Public Garden public transportation etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facility. Priced reasonably for Boston in city. Minuses: minimal sound proofing btwn rooms and hallways. Insufficient elevator capacity during peak periods. Expensive parking and breakfast.

Very nice hotel right across from the Bosch Center Wang Theater. Great stay and there is a lot to do around the hotel.

The room was small but clean and comfortable. The king size bed filled almost all of the useable space.

tiny room that was overpriced! Walls are so thin we could hardly sleep, we heard every noise nearby including next door, across the hall and outside the window. I have always liked Courtyard Marriott's and this was the most disappointing stay I have ever had. The location is great if you want to be near the Theatre District and shops and restaurants within walking distance. But they need to soundproof the rooms better. For over $200 per night, this should be a better experience. Shower and bathroom were very tiny and we are both under 5 ft. 5 inches and not overweight. The sheets were rough and smelled like bleach. My pillow smelled like fried food. Worst Marriott experience I have ever had and I've stayed in many of them around the country. Hope they step it up!

Great location. Plenty of good places to eat close by. The room size was adequate, tight entrance way into the room

Valet parking. Easy check-in. Complimentary reception. Newly renovated throughput! What more could you want?!

Excellent hotel. The decor is quite strange, however this is the only semi negative thing I have to say. Excellent location, excellent staff, and very clean. Also forgot a corkscrew and went down to the front desk, which happily provided me one free of charge. It’s the little things. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent hotel. Very noisy the night I was there. The rooms are small compared to most Courtyards I have been to. The public computers did not work in the lobby had to have front desk print my boarding passes. Did not get at the restaurant due the very limited dinner menu.

Hotel is not the best in the area, but for the price we paid it's fine. Room was clean yet a little small. Bed were comfortable.

nice good experiance. cool weather and lots to see.

Staff were friendly & courteous, when we stopped in early to see if we could leave our bags they let us straight into our room! You will be just three blocks from the T, two blocks from Chinatown & surrounded by the Theater district. Room was small, but hey, who goes to Boston to stay in your hotel room? we will definitely be back!

The location was perfect and the hotel staff was great. However, the room was small, the beds were also small, the mattresses were too soft to the point they were uncomfortable and the TV almost fell down due to some screws that got out the wall.

Great location once we got our bearings. Clean, quiet room.

hello hthis experience was great, I booked this hotel for a friends birthday. We slep confortably and staff was greta

Front desk staff were great! I was given an upgrade at no extra charge. Location was great, everything was within walking distance.
