does not have parking and the nearby ones are very expensive

Closer to most exciting activities in Boston. I will think twice about staying here again. Other customers were loud and obnoxious, as I was woken up at 1:38am to a completely naked women. She had been thrown out of her room, call front desk 4 times and was put on hold while the lady was screaming. Floor smelt like weed and cigars. Staff did nothing about this as my peaceful evening was ruined. There was an emergency situation and all they could do was say “please hold”

A perfect location for visiting Boston. Close to a T stop and in walking distance of the Boston Commons, Public Gardens and downtown area. Convenience stores, coffee shops and even a Whole Foods grocery store were all accessible. While the rooms are not big, they were clean and had all the amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Staff in general were very courteous and willing to help. Bad thing parking is very expensive. Probably the hotel should negotiate with the parking manager a better rate for the people that stays in the hotel.

Staff was great, hotel was clean. Very close to Chinatown.

Good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep!!! Clean and friendly staff

Center of town. Front staff changed room from a very small one to a larger corner room with no problem. Basic accommodations but fine overall.

Vallet parking was 60bucks!!!!! So expensive!!!

Location excellent for our itinerary. Disappointed no mini fridge in room USB upgrades in room.

The place was very clean. The staff was nice. Check-in/out was fast and convenient. The room however was kind of small. Plus you have to pay for daily parking. So I would suggest to book your stay with free parking or at least purchase a parking package.

Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, hard to sleep and up every 10 minutes

Specifically paid (non refundable) for a room type. When i arrives, ths

I liked the location and the hotel was beautiful. Very comfortable and clean

I liked that they upgraded my room free of charge because it was my birthday
