Staff were friendly & courteous, when we stopped in early to see if we could leave our bags they let us straight into our room! You will be just three blocks from the T, two blocks from Chinatown & surrounded by the Theater district. Room was small, but hey, who goes to Boston to stay in your hotel room? we will definitely be back!

The location was perfect and the hotel staff was great. However, the room was small, the beds were also small, the mattresses were too soft to the point they were uncomfortable and the TV almost fell down due to some screws that got out the wall.

Great location once we got our bearings. Clean, quiet room.

hello hthis experience was great, I booked this hotel for a friends birthday. We slep confortably and staff was greta

Front desk staff were great! I was given an upgrade at no extra charge. Location was great, everything was within walking distance.

Great location. My friends and I walked pretty much everywhere. At the time they were doing construction in the lobby, but it did not affect my stay.

The hotel is looking great!! love the new improvements and details. Still need to stock the bar area but the location was great for seeing a show or heading up to the boston common for a walk. easy to access the freedom trail also and my favorite coffee shop across the street from the Paramount.

I was in town for the night to stay at this hotel the staff were amazing very centrally located and I was able to get a lot in and just wait for hours I highly recommend it if you're looking for a convenience day

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait to go back when renovations are completed.

Stayed here for a short visit to Boston. No complaints, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and it is centrally located to many Boston attractions.

Was a nicely renovated room. Only problem was lack of hot water in the shower. It took forever. Hopefully they work out the kinks. Also lots of construction in lobby and so no hotel restaurant or bar.

The hotel was close by to the garden where I was attending a concert. Other than the valet outside (who were extremely nice, knowledgeable and well-mannered), the Staff was very disappointing. I might use the word horrible. They did not nicely greet or welcome my boyfriend and me. It was as if I was at a local grocery store customer service desk. They demanded an ID and credit card from me since I booked the room with my user. I questioned it since my boyfriend paid on his card and I assumed they would need his identification, but was quickly and rudely corrected by Sampson, the man working at the desk. The room was clean overall aside from the small shower that could use some touch ups. However the room lacked a mini fridge which I was shocked by, following that I wasn't surprised that there was not a microwave. Not to mention, no community microwave to access. So it wouldn't really seem possible to stay there more than one day without having to constantly replace food and beverages. Upon checkout we had another bad experience with Jillian. The other woman at the desk was preoccupied, when Jillian walked in and saw us waiting, she glanced and proceeded to take a phone call without hesitation or even acknowledging us. I asked her a simple question to which she didn't understand and made it quite rudely clear. Awful. I would definitely not go back.

A clean, comfortable stay. For the location and price, I would use this hotel again. There were renovations underway, I fear the price might go up once those are completed. Oh, try and get a room in the highest floor possible, there can be a lot of street/adjacent club noise.

Rooms are small, but really, are you going to Boston to spend lots of time in your hotel room? Pros: Walkable to and from many areas of Boston. Friendly Staff. Clean Room. Felt very safe. Cons: Current construction makes things a little noisy during the day. The TV seemed old and worn out. Construction caused the fire alarm to go off one morning and the next morning someone pulled the fire alarm at 3:45 am. Hotel staff was extremely apologetic about it.

The room was situated at the end of a hallway and was literally shaped like a bowing alley, but a bit wider. The closet was situated at one end and the bathroom, which was a good size, at the other end. I don't recall any dresser drawers. The amenities were next to nothing, although there was a small "market" selling snacks and coffee pot/coffee was in room. The hotel is well situated in the theatre district and allowed for convenient sightseeing. The hotel itself was okay, the room was not.

I had a red eye flight and arrived at the hotel at 6:30 am to drop of my bags but my check in was not until 3pm. I was so tired and asked if I could check in at 6:30am. The man at the counter said he had a room ready and let me check in. This was awesome! The room and carpet were really clean and it looked like it was recently renovated. The bed and sheets/pillow were clean and comfortable as well. The hotel was in a great location in the theater district and two blocks from Boston Commons and the start of the Freedom Trail. Less then a mile walk to most everything. The Green line and T entrance were also two blocks away.

The room was small but clean. In the middle of my stay they upgraded the TV so I got more channels ( but it was an inconvenience that they just barged into my room). My biggest complaint is that the house keepers had security knock on my door because I was napping while they were trying to enter the room to clean it & i didn't hear them. The location isnt that great if your here for pleasure since most of the attractions aren't that close by. Overall I probably wouldn't stay here again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I will return. I chose it for location - convenient to appointments. Good value at a good location.

The hotel was extremely clean, staff was very welcoming and helpful with directions, certainly the best price for the quality in the area

I found this property to be sub-standard for even what I consider an average Courtyard. The location is strong but there isn't much else to say positive. Room was very small and air didn't work well (they fixed it). No shampoo the first morning.
