Luxurious hotel with fabulous views, good workout room, nice lil' touches here & there, surprisingly stylish decor in room, treated my lovely bride & I with great care during our recent anniversary stay but the real highlight is their granola, made in-house & extraordinary indeed!

For the price of the room we expect more! Is just ok !

Great stay, great location, staff was very friendly

Great hotel within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. Had dinner at Top of the Hub across the street and it was great to walk back to the hotel for an after dinner drink in the hotel lounge. I will say, the staff in the lounge could have been a little less uptight. Overall, the hotel staff were super friendly and the room was spotless and had amazing views of the city from our room on the 15th floor. Can't wait to go back!

Convenient hotel since it was just cross the street to all the other hotels and convention center. Also it was close to all all point of interests. Just 3-4 blocks away of subway and bus station.

Did not have our room ready. Check in time is 3:00 and staff seemed not to care at all about rooms not being ready. When we asked how long it would be they said when housekeeping gets done cleaning and they had no idea when that would be. . Who's running that place? Drain in tub did not work. We are honors members and still could not get decent wifi. Would not stay here again.

Nice to have a three day stay at one location. It was a very comfortable stay!

My stay was okay. However, they put a $50 hold for incidentials with absolutely no warning. When I called nobody answered and it took me 20 minutes to get someone on the phone to tell me it would not be processed. This is the first time that has ever happened to me and I was not happy.

I booked a panoramic view and dual head shower etc... I received a plain room. The AC was not working correctly and the toilet wouldn't flush.

Hotel was great. Close to the train and everything we wanted to walk to. Staff was great.

Pretty good hotel and service. Very close to the convention center. Lower price will be better.

Convently located to the colleges we were visiting. The motel was within walking distance. Wish there was HBO or pay per view movies we were stuck inside one day for the blizzard. Everything was shut down for the day. Free WiFi would have been nice too.

I will 100 come back here for my next trip into boston. Located right next to the prudential center, you really can't go wrong. Awesome staff and friendly atmosphere. They actually upgraded me when I arrived just because they had room!

HAVE STAYED THERE BEFORE. VERY PLEASANT AND FRIENDLY

The hotel was good but felt a bit outdated on my floor and in the room (older closet doors). The bathroom was small with the shower tucked behind the door. Room size was good and comfortable.

Everything was ok, nothing special. Nice clean room with basic basic amenities. I did have a problem with the WiFi being very slow. The hotel waived the charges.

Of all the hotels in this area of Boston, it's great value for money and a perfect night's stay.

Great location, friendly & helpful staff, spacious workout area with pool and outdoor balcony. Views were lovely. We chose the hotel since it was an easy walk to Fenway and Newbury street shopping. Restaurant service was excellent and food was good. Also convenient to Prudential center with lots of dining options.

Close to Fenway, great shopping and well priced for all that the area offers.

Perfect location, great value. Very nice room and amenities.

great hotel, across from the prudential building
