Loved the hotel and cleanliness. Good breakfast wasn’t my favorite but the staff made up for it.
We were on the 22nd floor and our friends were on the 23rd. Both floors were at about 90 degrees and even with the window opened wide, it was at least 85 degrees in our room all night long! Worst sleeping experience ever!
Pretty hotel with history. The food was good and the area around the hotel was great. The people were nice too.
We arrived to check in at 5:35pm, Check in was 4pm. The room wasn’t ready yet. For the high dollar price we paid for a suite and having a family of 6 it was disappointing. Once the room was ready we basically had to toss down our bags and rush out to get to the Sox game

I did not appreciate staff on check out with some rude attitude, and being displeasant when I asked for clarification about the $20 mandatory charge the hotel charges guests, and I was trying to understand how that credit gets applied to my breakfast expenses, which it never did.

Not sure what I got for the resort fee??? Free coffee in the lobby would have been nice. Didnt get the King I booked - Instead got a bad shower for people w issues. Minor things but added up - good for the $ and location.
parking price was a little bit steep for the price of the hotel.. ANOTHER $56 A NIGHT?? besides that, everything was great. awesome location in the middle of everything. the daily cleaning fee you pay comes back to you as credits to use at their restaurant or bar... bathroom in the room was a bit small especially for a hilton but updated. pretty views and they were very accommodating of my request for a high floor. 24 hour decent gym. breakfast was delicious

We do apologize for the inconvenience; however, our property is a property with a two-pipe system meaning that our hotel only runs heat or cool air through the systems throughout times of the year, and unfortunately, we are only currently running heat. We do always recommend for guests to turn off the system completely so that they would only use the system for heating in the room, if that is not enough, we are always happy to provide a fan upon request. We are sincerely sorry that you had a poor sleeping experience.
