The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. We liked the restaurant for breakfast. I didn't give five stars because one of my party needed a handicapped-accessible room, and the Hilton's was sub-par. The only grab bar for the john was behind it so that they had to twist around to access it. The tub also had a grab bar in the back and none along the side wall, so there was no way to safely get over the tub edge, which was tall. Despite many lamps the rooms tended to be dim because of the dark decor... cozy for me, but an issue for my relative who has mild sight problems. Overall we had a good stay but I wouldn't advise this for handicapped folks.

A 600 no. I felt the rates were artificially inflated. I usually only stay at the Hilton Back Bay when I come to Boston. I ended up spending like 600 with parking for 1 Monday night and the hotel didn't have the appearance of being that busy and it has no restaurant or room service. Even the trash cans in the rooms had no liners so the trash would just pile up on the floor and I had someone above me who was noisy. I felt a few of the patrons were a bit rude and I'm from Boston. I don't know that I will book this location again. At those prices. Ben who works at night was helpful in setting up an early check in via the Hilton Honors app. Early check in was 100. Very helpful coming in off a red eye.

I know there are , yet seemed kinda extreme for accommodations and then parking on top added 100 a night. Reserved a kind room and gott put into a double-double room. Maybe it was queens but sure smaller. Without any reimbursements. Was in an alright part of town but more towards lower end downtown

The temperature in my room was 98 degrees because the AC didn’t work. I had to sleep in my car. I asked the staff and they told me to shut my heat off. Then, after five minutes of wasted conversation, they admitted that the AC was broken. Toilet didn’t flush and backed up. Horrible stay!!!
