Very clean and comfortable room. The bed and pillows gave us terrific nights' sleep. Our only complaint was that 1 of the 3 main lobby elevators was closed for repair for our entire week's stay. That caused delays during our mornings, as we had to wait for 10 - 12 minutes for a down elevator to have room for us to enter, and that was despite our room being on the 17th floor.

An overall good experience in terms of the customer service and room was marred by toilet seat that was broken when I arrived in the room and a TV that continually kept reverting back to “no signal” which made it difficult to access the streaming services when I returned in the evening.

Myself and my husband felt uncomfortable by few of the staff. We were asked to verify ourselves and the validity of our stay. No idea the reason behind as I chose not to push the matter and Im not the to assume but the behavior was definitely off putting. Hotel itself was lovely. Nothing extraordinary.

This Hilton is going to be our new go-to in Boston. We’ve stayed at some of the other hotels around there (Sheraton, Weston), but this is our favorite. Why? 1. Nice and helpful staff, who are empowered to improve the guest experience. We were upgraded us to a lovely room with a curved window and view of Boston, and the staff was able to give us a later checkout. 2. Recently renovated. Beautiful gym! A/C system in the rooms is SILENT. Note: pool is still being renovated. 3. Great location. Walkable to Fenway, Pru mall, Copley square, Newbury st. 4. Small hotel, compared to the Sheraton across the street which is a conference hotel and has an impersonal feel. Highly recommend!

1. The room does not have a kettle to boil water for drinking; the coffee machine is a bad alternative. 2. The lighting in room and corridor is dim. 3. The toiletries are inadequate; we clearly made reservation for 3. 4. Desk office receptionist extremely rude when we requested for additional toiletries. 5. The shower head was too heavy and is unable to hold up on its own making bathing a nightmare. PLUSES 1. Check-in reception staff was very nice and professional. 2. Refreshing iced water was available for all guests in the lobby which was a nice gesture. 3. The engineer tried his best to fix the shower head but it didn’t still sit well. His attitude was good; he took the trouble to get back to the store to look for a replacement which is appreciated. 4. Location is good though.
