My stay was great and the hotel room wad beyond what i expect. I will definitely come back!

It was a good stay. It was my second time there. I would like to experience it when there isn't a virus.

Considering what's happening in the world now, everyone's doing the best they can. I would like to stay again, under regular circumstances.

Modern, comfortable, convenient, nice area. I had room with panoramic view which was very nice.

The supervisor was incompetent and abrasive. The pool is cold and not heated and very poor condition. The rooms are super dark. Nobody picks up the phone when you call from the room. Super basic room you can easily compare to a motel down the road. Go to the Omni or Hyatt. This is overprices and terrible

Room was very clean. Great food from room service delivered in a timely manner. Pleasant staff.

We ordered a king suite in the corner. We we arrived we were asked to upgrade and declined. We got to our room and it was the incorrect room. I called down and got it corrected. Keys were sent up. The 2nd room still wasn't a king corner. I was then told they had none available and that there were no longer patios in the king corner so I should be happy with what I got of course online and when you look outside all corner rooms have patios with curtains. I got zero apology. I had to ask for a refund of the difference and I was told no because I had paid and instead could be given a breakfast coupon. This was my birthday trip. We had a crappy view of rooftop garbage. If you're looking for location to go to Fenway, you can walk which is a great perk.

Everything was great, the Ron was clean and spacious abs it was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go

Check in and out staff were excellent and most helpful. Location suited us perfectly.
